Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 定置の電力提供用モジュラーセルトレーアッセンブリにおいて、互いに積み 重ねられた複数のセルトレーを含み、各セルトレーは、内面及び外面を各々有 するベース、直立側壁、及び頂部を有し、夫々の内面は、前側及び後側を持ち 且つ複数の密封セルを受け入れる大きさのセル受け入れ領域を画成し、複数の 密封セルが前記セル受け入れ領域に位置決めされ、前記ベース、前記側壁、及 び前記頂部のうちの少なくとも一つが、前記セルが前記セル受け入れ領域内で 前後に移動しないように拘束するセル拘束構造を有し、前記セルトレーの前記 側壁の少なくとも一方が前記頂部及び前記ベースと隣接してセルトレー相互係 止体を有し、これらのセルトレー相互係止体は、本質的に、前記セル受け入れ 領域の前記前側から前記後側まで延びており、各セルトレー相互係止体は、第 1セルトレーのベースと隣接した前記セルトレー相互係止体が、上側に第1セ ルトレーが積み重ねられた第2セルトレーの頂部セルトレー相互係止体に連結 し、セルトレー相互係止体を形成するように不連続であり且つ相補的な大きさ になっており、各セルの頂部及びベースの外面には荷重分配構造が設けられて おり、この荷重分配構造は、第1セルトレーの荷重分配構造が、上側に第1セ ルトレーが積み重ねられた第2セルトレーの荷重分配構造を受け入れるような 大きさになっており且つ位置決めされており、セル拘束ピンが前記セル相互係 止体の各々に摺動自在に位置決めされており、セルトレーの前側からアクセス できる、ことを特徴とするトレーアッセンブリ。 2. 前記アッセンブリは、ゾーン4に適合する、請求項1に記載のトレーアッセ ンブリ。 3. 前記セル拘束ピンの各々は、各セルトレーの前側からアクセスできるボルト 無しピンによって所定位置に保持されている、請求項1に記載のトレーアッセ ンブリ。 4. 前記ボルト無しピンはヒッチピンである、請求項3に記載のトレーアッセン ブリ。 5. 各セルトレーの頂部に設けられた前記荷重分配構造は、二つのチャンネル形 材を含み、各セルトレーの底部に設けられた前記荷重分配構造は、セルトレー が上側に積み重ねられる頂部に設けられた前記対をなしたチャンネル形材間に 嵌まるような大きさになっており且つ配置されており、前記チャンネル形材は 、隣接したセルトレーを互いから少なくとも約6.35mm(約0.25インチ )だけ離間する、請求項1に記載のトレーアッセンブリ。 6. 各トレーの底部に設けられた前記荷重分配構造は、セルトレーベースの前側 及び後側と隣接したチャンネル形材、及びセルトレーの一方の側部から他方の 側部まで延びるチャンネル形材を含む、請求項5に記載のトレーアッセンブリ 。 7. 前記セルトレーの各々の前記頂部及びベースは同じであり、前記頂部及びベ ースの各々は、高さが6.35mm(0.25インチ)以下の一体のエンボスを 有し、これらのエンボスは、隣接したセルトレーを互いから少なくとも6.3 5mm(0.25インチ)のところで整合し且つ離間するように配置されている 、請求項1に記載のトレーアッセンブリ。 8. 前記セル受け入れ領域は、この領域を少なくとも二つの領域に分割する隔壁 を有し、これらの隔壁の各々は、個々のセルを受け入れるような大きさになっ ている、請求項1に記載のトレーアッセンブリ。 9. 各セルトレーの頂部及びベースが、隙間を持つ後壁を形成し、前記セル隔壁 は不連続であり、不連続性を形成する前記隔壁からの材料の少なくとも幾分か が、前記セルトレーの前記前側と隣接して前記隔壁に取り外し自在に取り付け られており、前記セルが前方に移動しないようにする、請求項8に記載のトレ ーアッセンブリ。 10.前記セルトレーの側部は同じであり、これらの各々は、外方に延びる形材を 各トレーの頂部及び底部と隣接して一体に有し、前記チャンネル相互係止構造 を形成する別体の形材を有する、請求項8に記載のトレーアッセンブリ。
