Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.締結チャック(27)を挟持スリーブ(26)に対して長手方向に移動させ て開き、急速切換機構で操作可能な締結チャック(27)と、モータ(3a )に接続する駆動シャフト(7)とを備えた、特にプリント基板の切削加工 機械と彫刻機械用の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)において、そのために必要 な力を摩擦カップリング(19,23)で伝えることを特徴とする穿孔また は切削ヘッド(1)。 2.摩擦カップリングはシャフト(7)に対して相対的に移動可能な軸方向部分 (19)と、シャフト(7)に固定連結し、長手方向に移動可能な部分(2 3)とから成り、両方の部分は接触する互いに同形の面を有し、工具側でそ れぞれ一つのバネ(20,25)の力に対して支持されていることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 3.シャフト(7)に対して相対的に移動可能な部分(19)は円筒状で、シャ フト(7)に対して同芯状に配置され、モータ側の端部にリング状の肩部( 22)を有し、シャフト(7)に固定連結する部分は一周する継足部分(2 4)を持つカラー(23)で形成され、同形の面は平坦でシャフト(7)に 対して垂直に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の穿孔または 切削ヘッド(1)。 4.急速交換機構には操作用の握りがあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れ か1項に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 5.握りは締結チャック(27)を開く位置で休止位置にロックできることを特 徴とする請求項4に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 6.握りはレバー(13)であることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の穿 孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 7.レバーは握り部分(15)と、穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)のハウジング( 2)の内部に配置された機能部分(14)とを有し、前記機能部分(14) は休止位置で水平面に対して鋭角を成し、操作位置でシャフト(7)に 直角で、更に、モータ側で穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)の不動面に、また工 具側でシャフト(7)に対して相対的に移動可能な部分(19)に接し、レ バー(13)の機能部分(14)は操作位置で、休止位置の時より長手方向 に大きい最大の延びを示すことを特徴とする請求項2,3,6の何れか1項 に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 8.レバー(13)の機能部分はリング状で、シャフト(7)に対して同芯であ ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 9.機能部分(14)はどの位置でも握り部分(15)がある領域を除いて全周 囲に沿って穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)のハウジング(2)に接しているよ うな直径を有し、外側で凸状に曲げてあることを特徴とする請求項8に記載 の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 10.レバー(13)の機能部分(14)には、工具側でレバー(13)の操作位 置でシャフト(7)があるレバー(13)の長手軸に垂直な面でシャフト( 7)の両側にそれぞれ一つのカム(17)と、モータ側に他の一つのカム( 16)とがレバー(13)の握り部分(15)に対向させて配置されている ことを特徴とする請求項7〜9の何れか1項に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド (1)。 11.急速切換機構は空圧で制御できることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1 項に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 12.穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)のシャフト(7)は、穿孔または切削ヘッド( 1)が工具を早く確実に交換する機構を備えた自動ユニットを形成するよう に、好ましくは弾性的な連結板(6)を介してモータ(3a)の駆動シャフ ト(4)に連結していることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記 載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。 13.穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)は連結板(6)を介して、必要に応じて、種々 のモータ(3a)に連結できることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか1 項に記載の穿孔または切削ヘッド(1)。
