Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.情報面及び透明層を有する記録媒体を光学的に走査する光学式走査装置であ って、放射ビームを透明層を介して情報面上の焦点に集束させる対物レンズ及 び平−凸レンズを具え、前記平−凸レンズが対物レンズと対向する凸面及び前 記透明層と対向する平面を有する光学式走査装置において、前記対物レンズ及 び平−凸レンズを、この平−凸レンズの無収差点から集束性放射ビームの30 焦点深度以上の距離だけ離れた位置に焦点を形成するように構成したことを特 徴とする光学式走査装置。 2.請求項1に記載の光学式走査装置において、前記透明層及び平−凸レンズが それぞれn1及びn2の屈折率を有し、n1の値をn2の値よりも大きくした光学 式走査装置。 3.請求項2に記載の走査装置において、前記屈折率n1及びn2が、(n1−1 )>1.03(n2−1)の関係にある光学式走査装置。 4.請求項1又は2に記載の光学式走査装置において、Rを前記凸面のμmでの 半径とし、dgapを前記平面と透明層との間のμmでの距離とした場合に、前 記焦点と無収差点との間のμmでの距離が3Rdgapにほぼ等しい光学式走査 装置。 5.請求項1に記載の光学式走査装置において、n2を前記平−凸レンズの屈折 率とした場合に、前記平−凸レンズの倍率が1.1/n2から0.99/n2の 範囲に存在する光学式走査装置。
