Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化分解に供される加工製品であって、このような酸化を阻害するのに十分 な量で3-デヒドロシキメートまたはその誘導体を含む加工製品。 2.前記誘導体が1〜12個の炭素原子のアルキルエステルである、請求項1に記 載の製品。 3.前記製品が食品または薬物であり、かつ前記誘導体が生理学的に受容可能で ある、請求項1に記載の製品。 4.前記製品がプラスチックである、請求項1に記載の製品。 5.前記製品が潤滑剤である、請求項1に記載の製品。 6.0.001〜5重量パーセントの3-デヒドロシキミ酸またはその誘導体を含む、 酸化に感受性の製品。 7.前記誘導体が1〜12個の炭素原子のアルキルエステルである、請求項6に記 載の製品。 8.前記エステルがプロピルエステルである、請求項7に記載の製品。 9.前記エステルがヘキシルエステルである、請求項7に記載の製品。 10.前記3-デヒドロシキミ酸またはその誘導体が3-デヒドロシキミ酸である、 請求項6に記載の製品。 11.組成物を酸化阻害量の酸化防止剤と合わせることによって、酸化分解から 組成物を保護するための方法であって、改良点として、該酸化防止剤として3-デ ヒドロシキメートを使用することを含む、方法。 12.前記組成物が食品であり、かつ前記3-デヒドロシキメートが生理学的に受 容可能である、請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記製品がプラスチックである、請求項11に記載の方法。 14.前記組成物が潤滑剤である、請求項11に記載の方法。 15.前記誘導体が1〜12個の炭素原子のアルキルエステルである、請求項11 に記載の方法。 16.前記エステルがプロピルエステルである、請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記エステルがヘキシルエステルである、請求項15に記載の方法。 18.前記3-デヒドロシキメートが酸である、請求項11に記載の方法。 19.前記3-デヒドロシキメートが0.001〜5重量パーセントである、請求項1 1に記載の方法。
