Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カップラが、カッド(10)に直接カスケード接続された三線路を有するλ /16カップラ(21、22)であることを特徴とする、カッド(10)の入出 力接続部用の180°カップラを備える種類のコールドFETカッド(10)を 有するダブルバランスドミクサ。 2.前記カッド(10)によりもたらされるインピーダンスが、前記カップラ( 21、22)によりもたらされるインピーダンスの共役複素インピーダンスに等 しくなるように、前記FET(11〜14)のゲートの展開と、前記ゲートのバ イアス(Vgs1、Vgs2)が最適化されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項に記載のミクサ。 3.1GHzを上回る周波数の信号(RF)が、前記カッド(10)の入力接続 部(15、16)に接続された前記カップラ(21)に印加されることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のミクサ。 4.1GHzを上回る周波数の信号(FI)が、前記カッドの出力接続部(19 、20)に接続された前記カップラ(22) から出力されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に 記載のミクサ。 5.MMIC技術で実現されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項の いずれか一項に記載のミクサ。 6.KUバンド内で動作することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のい ずれか一項に記載のミクサ。
