Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.互いに連結されていない複合材層を積み重ねたものを含み、各複合材層はマ トリックスにおいて一方向に配向した繊維の単層を2以上含み、各単層における 繊維は隣接している単層の繊維と角度を成しているところの防弾用成形品におい て、繊維がアラミド繊維またはポリ(p−フェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール)繊 維であり、複合材層が高々10重量%のエラストマー状マトリックス材料を含み( 複合材層の総重量に基づいて計算)、複合材層が高々800g/m2の総重量を有し、各 単層の繊維含量が10〜200g/m2であることを特徴とする防弾用成形品。 2.複合材層が高々7重量%のエラストマー状マトリックス材料を含むことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の防弾用成形品。 3.複合材層が高々5重量%のエラストマー状マトリックス材料を含むことを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の防弾用成形品。 4.マトリックスがエラストマー状マトリックス材料の他に5〜80体積%の量の フィラーを含む(エラストマー状マトリックス材料およびフィラーの総体積に基 づいて計算)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の防弾用成形 品。 5.マトリックスが20〜80体積%のフィラーを含む、請求項4に記載の防弾用成 形品。 6.エラストマー状マトリックス材科が40Mpa未満の引張弾性率(25℃)を有す る熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに 記載の防弾用成形品。 7.エラストマー状マトリックス材料がスチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロッ クコポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の防弾 用成形品。 8.各複合材層の片側または両側に分離層が置かれることを特徴とする請求項1 〜7のいずれか一つに記載の防弾用成形品。 9.複合材層の総重量が高々500g/m2であり、各単層の繊維含量が10〜150g/m2で ある、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の防弾用成形品を含む防護服。 10.複合材層の総重量が高々300g/m2であり、各単層の繊維含量が10〜100g/m2 である、請求項9に記載の防護服。 11.800〜2500デニールの糸の番手を有し、エラストマー状マトリックス材料 および任意的なフィラーの分散体で湿らせられたアラミド糸によって単層を製造 する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の防弾用成形品を製造する方法。 12.分散体が30〜60重量%のエラストマー状マトリックス材料および存在しう る任意のフィラー(分散体の総重量に基づく)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1 1に記載の方法。 13.請求項11または12に記載の方法に従って得られる防弾用成形品。 14.FMJ 9mm型の弾丸(8グラム)で撃たれたときにSEAが少なくとも190Jm2/ kgであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10または13のいずれか一つに記載の防 弾用成形品。
