Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.2つ以上のヘテロカリオンを含むパネルであって、ここで該ヘテロカリオン が多量体タンパク質の異なる改変体を産生し、そして各ヘテロカリオンが第1お よび第2の菌類の親株を融合することによって形成され、ここで該ヘテロカリオ ンが生存のために両方の菌類の親の核の存在を必要とし、該第1および該第2の 親の菌類の株が多量体タンパク質のサブユニットの改変体をコードする外因的に 供給された核酸分子を含み、そしてここで該第1および該第2の親株が全てのヘ テロカリオン適合性対立遺伝子について同型接合型である、パネル。 2.前記多量体タンパク質のサブユニットの改変体のそれぞれが、天然に存在す るサブユニットの改変体である、請求項1に記載のパネル。 3.前記多量体タンパク質のサブユニットの改変体のそれぞれが、天然に存在し ないサブユニットの改変体である、請求項1に記載のパネル。 4.前記多量体タンパク質のそれぞれが抗体分子である、請求項1に記載のパネ ル。 5.前記多量体タンパク質のそれぞれが培地中に分泌される、請求項1に記載の パネル。 6.請求項1に記載のヘテロカリオンのパネルを含有する1つ以上の容器を含む 、キット。 7.2つ以上のヘテロカリオンを含むヘテロカリオンのパネルを産生するための 方法であって、ここで、該ヘテロカリオンのそれぞれが多量体タンパクを産生し 、以下の工程: 2つ以上の第1および第2の菌類の親株を融合する工程であって、該第1およ び該第2の親の菌類の株が多量体タンパク質のサブユニットの改変体をコードす る外因的に供給された核酸分子を含み、そしてここで、該第1および該第2の親 株が全てのヘテロカリオン適合性対立遺伝子について同型接合型である、工程、 および 2つ以上のヘテロカリオンを分泌する工程であって、従って該パネルを作成す るように形成され、ここで、該ヘテロカリオンが生存のために両方の菌の親の核 の存在を必要とする、工程、 を包含する、方法。 8.前記多量体タンパク質のサブユニットの改変体が天然に存在するサブユニッ トの改変体である、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記多量体タンパク質のサブユニットの改変体が、天然に存在しないサブユ ニットの改変体である、請求項7に記載の方法。 10.前記多量体タンパク質が抗体分子である、請求項7に記載の方法。 11.前記多量体タンパク質が適切な条件下で培地中に分泌される、請求項7に 記載の方法。 12.前記第1および第2の親の菌類の株が、パルスされた電場を使用して融合 される、請求項7に記載の方法。 13.多量体タンパク質の改変体のパネルを産生する方法であって、請求項1に 記載のヘテロカリオンのパネルを、外因的に供給された核酸分子が発現されて多 量体タンパク質の改変体を形成する条件下で培養する工程を包含する、方法。 14.多量体タンパク質の改変体のパネルの1つのメンバーに結合する試薬を同 定する方法であって、請求項13に記載の改変体のパネルを試験されるべき試薬 とともにインキュベートする工程、および該試薬が該パネルの1つ以上のメンバ ーに結合するかどうかを決定する工程を包含する、方法。
