Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弁着座部(20)を有する中空で変位可能な密封チユーブ(19)と、弁着座密 封部(21)を有する弁胴部(49)と、密封チユーブ((19)と係合する駆動装置 (7)とを備え、駆動装置(7)が片側で媒体流の外側の分離装置として密封チ ユーブ(19)と隣接し、且つ着脱可能な係合伝達手段(15、18)により密封チユ ーブ(19)と連結されて配置され、駆動装置(7)が媒体流を干渉することなく 流体ハウジング(2)から除去可能であることを特徴とする直接作用型で圧力平 衡型の線形弁(1)。 2.伝達手段は歯付きセグメント(15)を有し、歯付きセグメントは駆動装置( 7)の延長レバー(14)に形成され、流体ハウジング(2)の開放された中間空 間部(17)内の密封チユーブ(19)の歯付きセグメント(18)と係合されている ことを特徴とする請求項1の線形弁。 3.延長レバー(14)が駆動装置(7)のヒンジ付き接触子(9)と係合するこ とを特徴とする請求項1の線形弁。 4.トグルジヨイント(41)がレバー(46)を介し駆動装置(7)の力を密封チ ユーブ(19)の歯付きセグメント(18)へ伝達するように構成されることを特徴 とする請求項2あるいは3の線形弁。 5.密封チユーブ(19)に伝達された閉鎖力がトグルジヨイント(41)の部材( 44)を具備したネジ(45)により調整I可能に構成されることを特徴とする請求 項4の線形弁。 6.標準化された駆動装置(7)が一群の定格幅で使用可能 に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一の線形弁。 7.弁着座密封部(21)は流体ハウジング(2)内に配設され、密封チユーブ( 19)が弁着座密封部(21)と対向するオンされた弁着座部(20)を支承するよう に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一の線形弁。 8.密封チユーブ(19)が金属製の薄手の壁を有することを特徴とする請求項1 〜7のいずれか一の線形弁。 9.密封チユーブ(19)がプラスチツク製の薄手の壁を有することを特徴とする 請求項1〜7のいずれか一の線形弁。 10.密封チユーブ(19)が2個のリツプ密封部(23、24)により外囲され、リツ プ密封部により駆動装置(7)へ開放する中間空間部(17)が閉鎖された流体ハ ウジング(2)から分離されるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9 のいずれか一の線形弁。 11.密封チユーブ(19)は弁密封部(29)と対向する端部(29)に制動部(26) を有し、制動部(26)が密封チユーブ(19)の周囲を環状に囲むように配置され 、矩形断面積(50)を有し、更に制動部(26)にはチヨーク孔(32)およびリン グ密封部(28)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一の 線形弁。 12.流体ハウジング(2)の下部(33)の排水孔(34)が開口部への通路を形成 してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一の線形弁。 13.センサモジユール(35)が排水孔(34)と連携されるよ うに構成されることを特徴とする請求項12の線形弁。 14.流体循環と干渉することなく「常閉」の機能モードから「常開」の機能モー ドへ切り替え可能に構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一 の線形弁。
