Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.動脈血圧信号P(t)曲線に基づいて大動脈における血流速度D(t)を計算し且つ 各心臓周期において血流速度D(t)に基づいて切痕点の存在する時点を決定する手 段を含むことを特徴とする心臓周期における特徴点を決定する装置。 2.前記手段は、動脈血圧信号P(t)曲線に基づいて血流速度D(t)を計算するため の計算プログラムを負荷された計算装置によって形成されることを特徴とする請 求項1の装置。 3.前記装置は、切痕点に到達した時点で信号を発する手段を持つことを特徴と する請求項1または2の装置。 4.前記切痕点が、駆出相の開始後に見られる血流速度D(t)曲線における最初の 極小点の出現に基づいて決定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一 項の装置。 5.最初の極小点の出現は、血流速度が閾値Dd未満である条件に依存することを 特徴とする請求項4の装置。 6.閾値Ddが、左心室からの血流速度が最大値に達したときに、その血流速度が 持つ値の10%に等しいことを特徴とする請求項5の装置。 7.Dd=0であることを特徴とする請求項6の装置。 8.切痕点が、駆出相の開始後に見られるD(t)=0の時点に決定されることを特徴 とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項の装置。 9.前記装置は、動脈血圧信号P(t)上の高周波ノイズを除去するためのフィルタ ーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項の装置。
