Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.露出表面全体上に親水性官能基を含む結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体 組成物を付着させた薄い多孔質重合体基体を含む薄い非湿潤性多孔質膜生成物を 形成するにあたって、前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物は未結合ペルフ ルオルカーボン共重合体組成物用溶媒又は希釈剤に実質的に不溶であり、しかも 前記多孔質膜生成物は前記多孔質重合体基体と実質上同じ透過性を有する薄い非 湿潤性多孔質膜生成物の形成方法において、 a)ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する溶液を約5ミクロン〜約2 50ミクロンの厚さ及び約0.01ミクロン〜約10ミクロンの細孔寸法を有す る前記重合体基体と接触させてペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物の前記重合 体基体上への付着及び結合を生じ、 b)工程(a)からの結合及び未結合のペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を有 する前記重合体基体に機械的な力を与えて、前記重合体基体からの結合ペルフル オルカーボン共重合体組成物の除去を実質上回避しながら前記重合体基体から過 剰のペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を選択的に除去し、 c)前記表面上の前記結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を有する前記重 合体基体を熱処理し、 d)前記露出表面全体上にペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を付着させた前 記の薄い非湿潤性多孔質重合体基体を回収することを含み、前記ペルフルオルカ ーボン共重合体組成物は未結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物用溶媒又は 希釈剤に実質的に不溶であり、しかも前記多孔質膜生成物は前記多孔質重合体基 体と実質上同じ透過性を有する薄い非湿潤性多孔質膜生成物の形成方法。 2.工程(b)から得られた重合体基体を前記熱処理工程よりも前に未結合ペル フルオルカーボン共重合体組成物用の溶媒、希釈剤又は分散剤と接触させる請求 項1記載の方法。 3.前記重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である請求項1又は2のいずれか一項記 載の方法。 4.前記弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項3記載の 方法。 5.前記弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項3記載 の方法。 6.前記弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 3記載の方法。 7.前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各々のRは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置 換アルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請 求項1又は2のいずれか一項記載の方法。 8.前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各々のRは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置 換アルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請 求項3記載の方法。 9.前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各々のRは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置 換アルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請 求項4記載の方法。 10.前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F )、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、 (CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類 金属又はNR4であり、そして各々のRは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、 置換アルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する 請求項5記載の方法。 11.前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F )、(SO3M)、 (SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M) 、(CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土 類金属又はNR4であり、そして各々のRは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基 、置換アルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有す る請求項6記載の方法。 12.前記溶液がペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する低級アルコ ール溶液である請求項1、2、4、5又は6のいずれか一項記載の方法。 13.前記溶液がペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する低級アルコ ール溶液である請求項3記載の方法。
