Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 薄い多孔質重合体基体の表面が結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物 で完全に変性されて成る変成多孔質膜製品であって、 前記結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が溶媒和された未結合ペルフル オルカーボン共重合体組成物に対する溶剤又は希釈剤中に実質上不溶性であり、 且つ、 前記変性多孔質膜製品が多孔質重合体基体と実質上同じ透過性を有する、 前記変性多孔質膜製品。 2. 前記共重合体組成物が前記基体の全表面にわたって実質上均一に付着され た、請求項1記載の多孔質膜製品。 3. フラットシートから成る、請求項1記載の膜製品。 4. 波形シートから成る、請求項1記載の膜製品。 5. 中空繊維から成る、請求項1記載の膜製品。 6. フラットシートから成る、請求項2記載の膜製品。 7. 波形シートから成る、請求項2記載の膜製品。 8. 中空繊維から成る、請求項2記載の膜製品。 9. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F)、( SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、(CO2 R)又は(CONR2) (ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属又はNR4であり、 そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換アルキル基又は置換ア リール基である) のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する、請求項1、2、3、4、5、6、7又は8 のいずれか一項記載の膜製品。 10. 前記基体が弗素含有重合体である、請求項1又は2記載の膜製品。 11. 前記弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである、請求項10 記載の膜製品。 12. 前記弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である、請求項1 0記載の膜製品。 13. 前記弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である、請 求項10記載の膜製品。 14. 水泡立ち点圧試験によって測定して膜の水泡立ち点圧が未変性膜の水泡 立ち点圧よりも少なくとも約50%大きいような非脱湿潤性表面を有する少なく とも1種の過弗素化組成物を含む、請求項1又は2記載の表面変性多孔質膜製品 。 15. 標準脱湿潤試験によって測定して膜を横切る最終の圧力降下が膜を横切 る初期の圧力降下のせいぜい約3倍であるような非脱湿潤性表面を有する少なく とも1種の過弗素化組成物を含む、表面変性多孔質膜。 16. 薄い多孔質重合体基体の全表面にわたってペルフルオルカーボン共重合 体組成物が付着されて成る多孔質膜製品において、前記ペルフルオルカーボン共 重合体組成物が溶媒和された未結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物に対す る溶剤又は希釈剤中に実質上不溶であり且つ前記多孔質膜製品が多孔質重合体基 体と本質上同じ透過性を有する、前記多孔質膜製品の製造方法であって、 a)ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有させた溶液を前記ポリマー基体 と接触させて該ポリマー基体上に前記ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を付 着させて結合させ、 b)工程a)からの結合したペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物及び未結合ペ ルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を有する前記重合体基体を未結合ペルフルオ ルカーボン共重合体組成物に対する溶剤、希釈剤又は分散剤と接触させて、該共 重合体基体から結合したペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が取り除かれるの を実質上防止しながら、該共重合体基体から未結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合 体組成物を選択的に除去し、 c)表面上に結合したペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を有する前記重合体 基体を熱処理する ことを含む、前記方法。 17. 前記多孔質重合体基体がフラットシートである、請求項16記載の方法 。 18. 前記多孔質重合体基体が波形シートである、請求項16記載の方法。 19. 前記多孔質重合体基体が中空繊維である、請求項16記載の方法。 20. 前記重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である、請求項16、17、18又は 19記載の方法。 21. 前記弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである、請求項20 記載の方法。 22. 前記弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である、請求項2 0記載の方法。 23. 前記弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である、請 求項20記載の方法。 24. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F)、 (SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、(C O2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属 又はNR4であり、そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換アル キル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する、請求項 16、17、18又は19のいずれか一項記載の方法。 25. 前記重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である、請求項24記載の方法。 26. 前記弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである、請求項25 記載の方法。 27. 前記弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である、請求項2 5記載の方法。 28. 前記弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である、請 求項25記載の方法。 29. 前記溶液がペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する低級アルコ ール溶液である、請求項16、17、18、19、21,22又は23のいずれ か一項記載の方法。 30. 前記溶液がペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する低級アルコ ール溶液である、請求項20記載の方法。
