Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ノナフルオロメトキシブタンとシクロペンタン、ノナフルオロメトキシブタ ンとシクロヘキサン、ノナフルオロメトキシブタンとシクロペンタンとアセトン 、ノナフルオロメトキシブタンとシクロヘキサンとアセトン、ノナフルオロメト キシブタンとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとシクロペンタン、ノナフル オロメトキシブタンとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとシクロペンタンと メタノールからなる群から選ばれる1つを含むことを特徴とする組成物。 2.共沸組成物または共沸混合物状組成物を形成するために有効な量の化合物で あって、ノナフルオロメトキシブタンとシクロペンタン、ノナフルオロメトキシ ブタンとシクロヘキサン、ノナフルオロメトキシブタンとシクロペンタンとアセ トン、ノナフルオロメトキシブタンとシクロヘキサンとアセトン、ノナフルオロ メトキシブタンとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとシクロペンタン、およ びノナフルオロメトキシブタンとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレンとシクロ ペンタンとメタノールからなる群から選ばれる1つであることを特徴とする化合 物。 3.前記組成物が、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン29〜83重量パーセントとシ クロペンタン17〜71重量パーセント、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン59〜9 9重量パーセントとシクロヘキサン1〜41重量パーセント、ノナフルオロメト キシブタン1〜82重量パーセントとシクロペンタン17〜85重量パーセント とアセトン1〜59重量パーセント、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン1〜98重量 パーセントとシクロヘキサン1〜60重量パーセントとアセトン1〜98重量パ ーセント、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン40〜75重量パーセントとトランス− 1,2−ジクロロエチレン1〜59重量パーセントとシクロペンタン1〜59重 量パーセント、およびノナフルオロメトキシブタン40〜70重量パーセントと トランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン15〜50重量パーセントとシクロペンタ ン1〜25重量パーセントとメタノール1〜10重量パーセントからなる 群から選ばれる1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の共沸組成物または 共沸混合物状組成物。 4.前記組成物が、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン45〜83重量パーセントとシ クロペンタン17〜55重量パーセント、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン70〜9 9重量パーセントとシクロヘキサン1〜30重量パーセント、ノナフルオロメト キシブタン60〜82重量パーセントとシクロペンタン17〜30重量パーセン トとアセトン1〜30重量パーセント、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン60〜99 重量パーセントとシクロヘキサン1〜40重量パーセントとアセトン1〜40重 量パーセント、ノナフルオロメトキシブタン50〜75重量パーセントとトラン ス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン1〜40重量パーセントとシクロペンタン1〜3 0重量パーセント、およびノナフルオロメトキシブタン40〜60重量パーセン トとトランス−1,2−ジクロロエチレン20〜40重量パーセントとシクロペ ンタン5〜20重量パーセントとメタノール1〜8重量パーセントからなる群か ら選ばれる1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の共沸組成物または共沸 混合物状組成物。 5.請求項1に記載の組成物を凝縮させる工程、およびその後、前記組成物を冷 却される物体付近で蒸発させる工程を含むことを特徴とする冷凍を生じさせる方 法。 6.請求項2に記載の組成物を凝縮させる工程、およびその後、前記組成物を冷 却される物体付近で蒸発させる工程を含むことを特徴とする冷凍を生じさせる方 法。 7.請求項3に記載の組成物を凝縮させる工程、およびその後、前記組成物を冷 却される物体付近で蒸発させる工程を含むことを特徴とする冷凍を生じさせる方 法。 8.請求項4に記載の組成物を凝縮させる工程、およびその後、前記組成物を冷 却される物体付近で蒸発させる工程を含むことを特徴とする冷凍を生じさせる方 法。 9.請求項1に記載の組成物をエアゾール噴射剤として使用する工程を含むこと を特徴とする流体を霧状にする方法。 10.請求項2に記載の組成物をエアゾール噴射剤として使用する工程を含むこ とを特徴とする流体を霧状にする方法。 11.請求項3に記載の組成物をエアゾール噴射剤として使用する工程を含むこ とを特徴とする流体を霧状にする方法。 12.請求項4に記載の組成物をエアゾール噴射剤として使用する工程を含むこ とを特徴とする流体を霧状にする方法。 13.請求項1に記載の組成物で固体表面を処理する工程を含むことを特徴とす る固体表面の洗浄方法。 14.請求項2に記載の組成物で固体表面を処理する工程を含むことを特徴とす る固体表面の洗浄方法。 15.請求項3に記載の組成物で固体表面を処理する工程を含むことを特徴とす る固体表面の洗浄方法。 16.請求項4に記載の組成物で固体表面を処理する工程を含むことを特徴とす る固体表面の洗浄方法。 17.請求項1に記載の組成物で、熱源からヒートシンクへ熱を伝達させる方法 。 18.請求項2に記載の組成物で、熱源からヒートシンクへ熱を伝達させる方法 。 19.請求項3に記載の組成物で、熱源からヒートシンクへ熱を伝達させる方法 。 20.請求項4に記載の組成物で、熱源からヒートシンクへ熱を伝達させる方法 。
