Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カテーテル・ホース(10)と、カテーテル・ホースに接続された、少なく とも1つの拡張可能バルーン(14)を担持する管状バルーン支持体(13)と を含むバルーン・カテーテル(1)であって、 ポンプ(16)が、カテーテル・ホース(10)の領域中またはカテーテル・ ホースとバルーン支持体(13)の間に配置され、このポンプが少なくとも1つ の側面入口(21)を介して血液を引き込み、これをバルーン支持体(13)中 に軸方向に送出することを特徴とするバルーン・カテーテル。 2.ポンプ(16)が、カテーテル・ホース(10)の近位端に配列されたモー タに接続されたたわみ性シャフト(23)によって駆動されることを特徴とする 、請求項1に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 3.ポンプ(16)が、カテーテル・ホースの長さに沿って配列されたモータに よって駆動されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 4.ポンプ(16)が、その長さが少なくとも羽根車(20)の最大直径と等し い少なくとも1つの翼(22)を有する羽根車(20)を含むことを特徴とする 、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 5.ポンプ(16)が、カテーテル・ホース(10)に沿って延びるガイド・ワ イヤ(25)のための縦に延びるガイド・チャネル(26)を含むことを特徴と する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 6.ガイド・ワイヤ(25)が実質的にカテーテル・ホース(10)の外側に延 びること、およびガイド・チャネル(26)がポンプ(16)中に入ることを特 徴とする、請求項5に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 7.ガイド・チャネル(26)が、カテーテル・ホースの後端部(約10cm) から羽根車(20)の(翼の)始点まで延びることを特徴とする、請求項5また は6に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 8.ガイド・ワイヤ(25)が、カテーテル・ホース(10)内部をポンプ(1 6)を通ってこれと同軸に延びることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバルーン ・ カテーテル。 9.バルーン(14)が膨張したときに、側面入口(21)が少なくとも部分的 に血管壁から間隔をあけられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一 項に記載のバルーン・カテーテル。 10.側面入口(21)とバルーン(14)の間の距離が、せいぜい羽根車(2 0)の翼の長さと等しい程度となることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバルー ン・カテーテル。 11.少なくとも2つの相互に間隔をあけたバルーンがバルーン支持体上に配列 されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバルーン・ カテーテル。
