Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車用制御装置であって、ベースプレート(10)と、該ベースプレー トに取り付けられた導体ウェブ支持体(20)と、該導体ウェブ支持体(20) に電気的に接続された電子スイッチ(23)と、前記ベースプレート(10)に 接触領域において結合されたプラスチックから成るケーシングカバー(30)と を有している形式のものにおいて、 ケーシングカバー(30)が電気的な導体(31)を包囲して案内しており、 この電気的な導体(31)の導体端部(32)がケーシングカバーからベースプ レート(10)に向かって突出しており、導体ウェブ支持体(20)の導体ウェ ブ(21)との電気的な接続が生ぜしめられるようになっていることを特徴とす る、自動車用制御装置。 2.導体端部(32)が端面(321)を以て、導体ウェブ(21)との電気 的な接続を、該導体ウェブがベースプレート(10)により支持されている領域 に生ぜしめる、請求項1記載の制御装置。 3.導体端部(32)が、端面(321)と、少なくとも1つの突出部(32 11)とを有している、請求項1又は2記載の制御装置。 4.導体端部(32)が、ベースプレートの開口(11)に突入し且つこの場 所で導体ウェブ(21)に 接触接続している、請求項1記載の制御装置。 5.導体端部(32)が、ケーシングカバー(30)をベースプレート(10 )において摩擦接続的に固定している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載 の制御装置。 6.ベースプレート(10)に設けられた開口(11)が絶縁ブシュ(12) を有している、請求項4又は5記載の制御装置。 7.導体端部(32)が、導体ウェブ支持体(20)の導体ウェブ(21)の 電気的な接触接続のためのコンタクト区分(322)と、ベースプレート(10 )又は絶縁ブシュ(12)の機械的な位置固定のための係合区分(323)とを 有している、請求項4から6までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。 8.導体ウェブ支持体(20)がフレキシブルな薄板である、請求項1から7 までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。 9.導体端部(32)が、ベースプレート(10)とケーシングカバー(30 )との間の接触領域において、前記ケーシングカバーから突出している、請求項 1から8までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。 10.ケーシングカバー(30)が、自動車のエンジンルーム又はオートマチッ クトランスミッション内でオイル中に配置された制御装置のケーシングの支持部 分である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の 制御装置。 11.ベースプレート(10)とケーシングカバー(30)との間に環状のシー ル部材(33)が設けられている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の 制御装置。 12.導体ウェブ支持体(20)をベースプレート(10)に載着し且つ電子ス イッチ(23)に結合し、内部で包囲された電気的な導体(31)を備えたプラ スチックから成るケーシングカバー(30)を、電気的な導体の導体端部(32 )が当該ケーシングカバーから突出するように形成し、ケーシングカバー(30 )とベースプレート(10)とを組み合わせ、これにより、導体端部(32)が 導体ウェブ支持体(20)の導体ウェブ(21)との電気的なコンタクトを生ぜ しめることを特徴とする、ケーシングと電子スイッチとを有する制御装置を製作 するための方法。 13.ベースプレート(10)に開口(11)を設け、導体ウェブ支持体(20 )を、該導体ウェブ支持体の導体ウェブ(21)が前記開口(11)の領域にお いて延びるようにベースプレート(10)に載着し、ベースプレート(10)と ケーシングカバー(30)とを組み合わせる際に、導体端部(32)をベースプ レート(10)の開口(11)に差し込み、この場所で導体ウェブ(21)との 電気的なコンタクトを生ぜしめる、請求項12記載の方法。 14.導体ウェブ支持体(20)の導体ウェブ(21)でベースプレート(10 )の開口(11)を覆い、該開口(11)の領域に、遅くとも導体端部(32) の、開口(11)への侵入時に曲げられて、電気的な導体(31)との電気的な コンタクトを生ぜしめる少なくとも1つの舌片(22)を導体ウェブに設ける、 請求項12又は13記載の方法。 15.導体端部(32)により、導体ウェブ(21)との電気的なコンタクトも 、ケーシングカバー(30)とベースプレート(10)との間の唯一の機械的な 結合も生ぜしめる、請求項13又は14記載の方法。
