Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体送出システムによって移送される流体中のガスを検出する方法であって 、 前記流体送出システムは、第1のポンプヘッド部と、第2のポンプヘッド部と を備えており、 前記第1のポンプヘッド部は、第1のピストンチャンバ内で第1の方向及び第 2の方向に作動する第1のピストンを有しており、 前記第2のポンプヘッド部は、第2のピストンチャンバ内で第1の方向及び第 2の方向に作動する第2のピストンを有しており、 前記第1のポンプヘッド部は、前記流体を受け且つ当該流体を加圧して、加圧 された流体を形成し、 前記第2のポンプヘッド部は、前記加圧された流体を前記第1のポンプヘッド 部から受けており、 前記方法は、前記第2のピストンチャンバ内で前記第2のピストンによって圧 縮された前記加圧された流体の圧縮容積を監視し、これによって、圧縮容積を決 定するステップと、 前記第2のピストンチャンバ内で前記加圧された流体の減圧容積を監視し、こ れによって、減圧容積を決定するステップと、 前記減圧容積に対する前記圧縮容積の率を表す、減圧に対する圧縮の容積率を 決定するステップと、 前記減圧容積に対する前記圧縮容積の率のしきい値レベルを決定するステップ と、 前記減圧に対する圧縮の容積率が、前記しきい値レベルを越えたかどうかを決 定するステップと、 前記減圧に対する圧縮の容積率が前記しきい値レベルを越えた場合に、前記第 2のピストンのストローク長さを増加させるステップとを備えたことを特徴とす る、流体送出システムによって移送される流体中のガスを検出する方法。
