Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 溶融加工可能なフルオロポリマー樹脂の押出発泡の方法において、その 改良が、二酸化炭素を発泡剤として使用し、前記フルオロポリマー樹脂の温度が 二酸化炭素が無いときの前記フルオロポリマー樹脂の融点より60℃高い温度か ら前記樹脂のその融点より低い温度までの間であり、その前提として、前記フル オロポリマーが水素を含むフルオロポリマーであるときに前記温度が前記融点よ りわずかに約35℃高い温度である、そのような前記発泡を実行することを含む ことを特徴とする。 2.前記フルオロポリマーがペルフルオロポリマーであり、前記温度が前記融点 より50℃高い温度以下である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記温度が前記融点より30℃高い温度以下である請求項1に記載の方法。
