Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1本のコラーゲン糸の強度を上昇させる方法であって、 (a)コラーゲン糸を可塑化剤で可塑化するステップと、 (b)前記コラーゲン糸を伸長させて、コラーゲン糸に引張り荷重をかけ、前記 コラーゲン糸にひずみを与えるステップと、 (c)応力緩和またはクリープにより糸内のひずみを減少させるステップと、 (d)コラーゲン糸から可塑化剤を除去するステップと を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.さらに、 (e)架橋結合剤で糸を架橋結合させるステップ を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.可塑化剤が水または水性バッファであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。 4.ひずみが約20〜200%となるまで糸を伸長させて、引張り荷重をかける ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 5.ひずみが約50〜100%となるまで糸を伸長させて、引張り荷重をかける ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 6.伸長を反復漸増的に実施することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7.約5〜10%のひずみまで漸増させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方 法。 8.応力緩和またはクリープにより荷重を端部当たり0.5gまで低下させるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 9.架橋結合剤を、凍結乾燥、紫外線(UV)照射、アシルアジド、ヘキサメチ レンジイソシアナート、ビスイミデート、グリオキサル、ポリグリセロールポリ グリシジルエーテル、塩化アジピル、リボースおよびその他の糖、カルボジイミ ドならびにアルデヒドからなる群から選択することを特徴とする請求項2に記載 の方法。 10.架橋結台剤が1−エチル−3−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)カルボジ イミド塩酸塩(EDC)であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11.合わさって多プライの束を形成する複数のコラーゲン糸があることを特徴 とする請求項1に記載の方法。 12.多プライ束が2〜1000プライであることを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の方法。 13.多プライ束が20〜500プライであることを特徴とする請求項11に記 載の方法。 14.コラーゲン糸の多プライ束の強度を上昇させる方法であって、 (a)コラーゲン糸の多プライ束を可塑化剤で可塑化するステップと、 (b)前記コラーゲン糸の多プライ束を伸長させて、コラーゲン糸の多プライ束 に引張り荷重をかけ、前記多プライ束にひずみを与えるステップと、 (c)応力緩和またはクリープにより前記多プライ束内のひずみを減少させるス テップと、 (d)前記多プライ束から可塑化剤を除去するステップと を含むことを特徴とする方法。 15.ひずみが約20〜200%となるまで糸を伸長させて、引張り荷重をかけ ることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.ひずみが約50〜100%となるまで伸長させて、引張り荷重をかけるこ とを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 17.伸長を反復漸増的に実施することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 18.約5〜約10%のひずみまで漸増させることを特徴とする請求項17に記 載の方法。 19.さらに、 (e)架橋結合剤で多プライ束を架橋結合させるステップ を含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 20.さらに、 (f)前記架橋結合した多プライ束を滅菌するステップ を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 21.さらに、 (g)医薬品、成長因子、ホルモン、細胞外マトリックス成分または遺伝物質で 前記多プライ束を被覆するステップ を含むことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 22.架橋結合剤が1−エチル−3−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)カルボジ イミド塩酸塩(EDC)であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。 23.多プライ束が2〜1000プライであることを特徴とする請求項14に記 載の方法。 24.多プライ束が20〜500プライであることを特徴とする請求項14に記 載の方法。 25.コラーゲン糸の多プライ束の強度を上昇させる方法であって、 (a)2〜1000プライのコラーゲン糸の多プライ束を、水、水性バッファお よびグリセロールからなる群から選択した可塑化剤で可塑化するステップと、 (b)前記多プライ束を伸長させることにより、前記多プライ束に引張り荷重を かけ、前記多プライ束に約5%から約10%のひずみを与えるステップと、 (c)応力緩和またはクリープにより前記多プライ束のひずみを0.5グラム未 満まで低下させるステップと、 (d)前記伸長を反復漸増的に反復するステップと、 (e)前記多プライ束から可塑化剤を除去するステップと、 (f)前記多プライ束を架橋結合剤で架橋結合させるステップと、 (g)前記架橋結合した束を滅菌するステップと を含むことを特徴とする方法。 26.請求項1から25のいずれか一項に記載の方法で作製することを特徴とす る移植可能な補綴装置。
