Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 支持型アルモキサンの製造方法であって、アルモキサンを加熱処理しそ してこの加熱処理を受けさせたアルモキサンを支持体上に位置させることを含む 方法。 2. 上記アルモキサンがメチルアルモキサンである請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。 3. 上記メチルアルモキサンの有機溶媒溶液に加熱処理を少なくとも35℃ の温度で少なくとも0.5時間受けさせる請求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 4. 該加熱処理を45から150℃で1から20時間行う請求の範囲第3項 記載の方法。 5. 支持型触媒が生じるようにメタロセンおよび/または遷移金属触媒組成 物もまた上記支持体上に位置させる請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 6. メタロセンを上記支持体上に位置させる請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 7. 上記支持体にシリカ粒子を含める請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 8. 支持型アルモキサン生成物であって、加熱処理を受けさせた後に支持体 上に位置させたアルモキサンを含む支持型アルモキサン生成物。 9. 上記アルモキサンがメチルアルモキサンである請求の範囲第8項記載の 生成物。 10. 上記メチルアルモキサンの有機溶媒溶液に加熱処理を受けさせた後に それを上記支持体と一緒に混合したものである請求の範囲第9項記載の生成物。 11. 該加熱処理を少なくとも35℃の温度で少なくとも0.5時間受けさ せたものである請求の範囲第9項記載の生成物。 12. 支持型触媒であって、支持体上に位置させるに先立って加熱処理を受 けさせておいたアルモキサンとオレフィン重合用触媒を含む支持型触媒。 13. 上記オレフィン重合用触媒がメタロセンである請求の範囲第12項記 載の支持型触媒。
