Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.歩行容量ポンプ装置で、 流体を受ける入口と流体を放出する出口とを有する流路手段と、 流体を流路を通ってポンピングするよう作動可能なポンプ手段と、 制御信号に応じてポンプ手段を操作するモータ手段と、 モータ手段に制御信号を選択的に供給し、モータ手段を作動させるプログラム 可能な制御手段とを備える装置。 2.さらに、流路手段、ポンプ手段、モータ手段および制御手段を中に配置す る筐体を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.前記制御手段が、流量、総投与時間、ある期間にわたる投与回数またはポ ンプ・サイクル、およびポンピングすべき総流体量で構成されたグループから選 択された1つ以上のポンピング・パラメータを変更するために、手動操作可能な 手段を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。 4.前記手動操作可能手段が、筐体の外表面とほぼ面一の頂部面を有する回転 式ノブを備える、請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記ノブが、ノブの設定を目に見えるように表示する印を頂部面に刻まれ た、請求項4に記載の装置。 6.前記筐体が、 モータ手段とプログラム可能な制御手段とを配置したベース筐体と、 流路手段とポンプ手段とを配置したケースと、 ケースをベース筐体にクリップ留めできるクリップ手段とを備え、 前記モータ手段が、ベース筐体の下壁にある開口部を通って露出する駆動手段 を含み、 前記ポンプ手段が、前記駆動ギアと嵌合可能で、ケースがベース筐体にクリッ プ留めされると、これによって駆動される被動ハブを含む、請求項2に記載の装 置。 7.前記駆動手段および被動ハブが、おおむね同じ回転軸を中心に回転可能で 、駆動手段はギア駆動突起手段を含み、駆動ハブは、嵌合ごとに同じ相対回転角 度 でギア駆動突起手段によって被動回転するために、嵌合可能なハブ駆動突起手段 を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。 8.さらに、ケースをベース筐体にクリップ留めすると、プログラム可能な制 御手段に信号を送るためベース筐体に配置された手段を含む、請求項6に記載の 装置。 9.さらに、駆動手段の周囲に配置されてそれと一緒に回転するシール手段を 含み、前記シール手段が、複数の第1同心壁を含み、ベース筐体が、前記開口部 の周囲に、前記下壁の内面に形成された複数の第2同心壁を含んで、第1同心壁 と対合して噛み合い、液体が前記開口部を通ってベース筐体に侵入するのを防止 する、請求項6に記載の装置。 10.シール手段と下壁の相互に噛み合う壁が、液体に触れると毛管作用を生 成するような間隔をあけた、請求項9に記載の装置。 11.さらに、流路手段の入口の下流に配置されて、流路手段へ入る流体の流 れを制御する入口弁手段と、流路手段の出口の上流に配置されて、流路手段から 出る流体の流れを制御する出口弁手段とを含み、前記入口および出口弁手段は常 時閉で、ポンプ手段が作動中はプログラム可能な制御手段の制御下で選択的に開 くよう作動可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。 12.前記入口および出口弁手段がそれぞれ、 流路手段の少なくとも一部の一方側に形成され、流路手段のその部分へと変形 して流体の流れを遮断することができる弾性膜と、 膜を流路手段内へと変形して流体の流れを遮断するよう動作でき、流路手段か ら離れて膜を解放し、流体が流れることができるように動作可能なニップル手段 と、 通常はニップル手段が膜を変形するように配置されたばね手段と、 ニップル手段を選択的に流路手段から離れるよう動作させ、流体が流れること ができるようにする手段とを備える、請求項11に記載の装置。 13.前記弾性膜が高分子材料で構成される、請求項12に記載の装置。 14.前記弾性膜が、シリコン、ポリウレタン、及び天然ゴム、ポリシロキサ ン改質剤、スチレン/エチレンブチレン/スチレン、およびEPDM/ポリプロ ピレン合金とで構成されたグループから選択された材料で構成される、請求項1 2に記載の装置。 15.前記ニップル手段が、 第1端部および第2端部を有し、第1端部から間隔をあけた軸を中心に旋回す るように装着される細長いレバーと、 レバーからほぼ直角に第1端部から延在して、レバーが第1位置へと旋回する と膜に接触してこれを変形し、レバーが第2位置へと旋回すると膜を解放するニ ップルとを備える、請求項12に記載の装置。 16.前記モータ手段が、その上で規定されたカム・トラックを有するギア手 段を含み、前記カム・トラックは、モータ手段の作動中に動作し、前記動作手段 が、 一方端から間隔をあけて軸を中心に旋回するよう装着された起動レバーと、 起動レバーから延在し、起動レバーが旋回すると、細長いレバーの第2端部に 接触して、これを第2位置へと移動させる押し手段と、 起動レバー上に配置されてカム・トラックに載り、その上で動いて起動レバー を旋回させるカム従動手段とを備える、請求項15に記載の装置。 17.前記ばね手段が、通常は細長いレバーの第1端部とニップルとを接触さ せて膜を変形させるよう配置される、請求項16に記載の装置。 18.前記ギア手段が、 カム・トラックを回転させるギア手段の回転中心である軸手段を含み、前記軸 手段が、ギア手段が回転するにつれ支持体上に載る下端部を含み、さらに、 前記軸手段の下端部を受け、これを保持する支持カップ・ベアリングを含む、 請求項16に記載の装置。 19.前記軸手段の下端部が概ね球形で、支持カップ・ベアリングがおおむね 凹状で、逆さまの円錐形側壁に軸手段の下端部が当たる、請求項18に記載の装 置。 20.前記モータ手段がさらに、駆動シャフトと、駆動シャフトに装着されて 、モータが作動すると第1軸を中心に回転するピニオン・ギアとを含み、前記駆 動手段が、概ね第1軸に対して垂直の第2軸に装着され、これを中心に回転する デ ィスクを備え、前記ディスクが、ディスクの円周に配置されてその軸方向に延在 し、ピニオン・ギアと噛み合って、ピニオン・ギアが回転するとディスクを回転 させる歯を含む、請求項6に記載の装置。 21.前記駆動手段がさらに、ディスクの歯に対して同心円状に配置された環 状ビードを含み、前記モータ手段がさらに、ピニオン・ギアに隣接して配置され てそれを回転させ、環状ビードとの回転接触を維持し、これによってピニオン・ ギアとディスクの歯との間に所定の空間関係を確立し、これを維持するローラ手 段を含む、請求項20に記載の装置。 22.前記ケースが、 下側に少なくとも流路手段の一部が形成され、ポンプ手段が配置された本体と 、 本体の上側に配置された頂部カバーと、 本体の下側に配置された底部カバーと、 少なくとも本体の一部の上、および本体と底部カバーとの間に配置され、流路 手段の少なくとも一部の一方側を形成するガスケット膜とを含む、請求項6に記 載の装置。 23.前記ポンプ手段が、回転するとポンプ手段を駆動し、ガスケット膜を通 って延在して被動ハブと結合するポンプ・クランク・シャフトを含み、前記ガス ケット膜がポンプ・クランク・シャフトの周囲に無菌シールを形成する、請求項 22に記載の装置。 24.さらに、流路手段の圧力増加を検出するために、出口付近で流路手段の 側部を形成するガスケットの一部に隣接して配置された圧力過剰感知手段を含む 、請求項22に記載の装置。 25.流路手段内の圧力が上昇すると、ガスケット膜が膨らみ、前記圧力過剰 感知手段が、ガスケット膜の膨らみを検出する手段を備える、請求項24に記載 の装置。 26.さらに、流路手段の圧力低下を検出するためい、入口付近で流路手段の 側部を形成するガスケット膜の一部に隣接して配置された圧力不足感知手段を含 む、請求項22に記載の装置。 27.流路手段内の圧力が低下すると、ガスケット膜が流路手段に向かって内 側に撓み、前記圧力不足感知手段が、ガスケット膜の撓みを検出する手段を備え る、請求項26に記載の装置。 28.さらに、流路手段内に形成され、流体が出口を通って出る前に流れるフ ィルタ室と、流体がフィルタ室から出口へと上がれるにつれ、流体を濾過するた めにフィルタ室と出口との間に配置された親水性膜とを含む、請求項1に記載の 装置。 29.さらに、フィルタ膜と出口との間に配置され、流体中の空気がそれを通 って外側へと拡散できるようにする疎水性膜を含む、請求項28に記載の装置。 30.さらに、流路手段に結合されるポンプ室を含み、ポンプ室が、流体が室 に流れ込めるようにする第1開口部と、流体が室から流れ出るようにする第2開 口部と、第3開口部とを有し、ポンプ手段が、 第3開口部に配置されて往復し、ポンプ室を出入りして流体をポンピングする ピストン手段と、 第3開口部の上およびピストン手段の周囲に配置されて、流体がポンプ室から 第3開口部を通って漏出するのを防止する括約筋シールとを備える、請求項1に 記載の装置。 31.ポンプ手段が、さらに、 モータ手段に結合されて、モータ手段が作動すると回転するクランク手段と、 クランク手段とピストン手段との間に旋回する状態で結合され、クランク手段 が回転するとピストン手段を往復させる接続手段とを備える、請求項30に記載 の装置。 32.前記モータ手段が、回転してポンプ手段を作動させる駆動手段を含み、前 記駆動手段のシャフトがローブを含み、前記装置がさらに、駆動手段のシャフト が1回転するとローブによって操作可能になってモータ手段を切るスイッチ手段 を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
