Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)式:CpmMXnX’p ただし、 Cpは単一のη5−シクロペンタジエニルまたはη5−置換シクロペンタジエニ ル基であり、該置換シクロペンタジエニル基は所望により置換基Xを介してMに も結合しており; Mは周期律表の4族またはランタニド系列の金属であり; Xはそれぞれの場合非水素原子数が20以下の不活性アニオン性配位子であり 、また所望によりXとCpは一緒に結合しており; X’は不活性な中性の供与体配位子であり; mとpは独立に0または1であり; nは1以上の整数であり;そして mとnの合計は金属の酸化状態に等しい、 に相当する4族金属錯体; b)活性化用共触媒;及び c)ヒドロカルビルシランまたはジ(ヒドロカルビル)シラン補助剤からなる触 媒組成物の触媒的な有効量に、重合条件下に1以上のビニリデン芳香族モノマー を接触させることを特徴とするビニリデン芳香族モノマーのシンジオタクチック ポリマーの製造方法。 2.ビニリデン芳香族モノマーが式: ただし、それぞれのR*は独立に水素;1〜10の、更に好適には1〜6の、 最も好適には1〜4の炭素原子をもつ脂肪族、脂環族または芳香族炭化水素基; またはハロゲン原子である、 によって表される請求項1の方法。 3.ビニリデン芳香族モノマーがスチレンである請求項2の方法。 4.4族金属錯体が式: ただし、 Mはチタンであり; Xはそれぞれの場合独立に水素、ハライド、R、またはORであり; RはC1-10ヒドロカルビル基であり; X’はC4-40共役ジエンであり; nは1、2又は3であり; pはnが0であるとき1であり、またはpはnが2又は3のとき0であり; R’はそれぞれの場合独立に水素、ハロゲン、R、NR2、PR2、OR、SR またはBR2からなる群からえらばれ、あるいは1対または2対の隣接R’ヒド ロカルビル基は一緒に結合して縮合環系を形成している; に相当する請求項1の方法。 5.補助剤がフェニルシランまたはジフェニルシランである請求項1の方法。 6.触媒組成物が、 a)トリ(C1-6)アルキルアルミニウムと組合せたペンタメチルシクロペンタ ジエニルチタントリ(C1-4)アルコキシドまたはオクタヒドロフルオレニルチ タントリ(C1-4)アルコキシド; b)フェニルシランまたはジフェニルシラン;及び c)メチルアルモキサン からなることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。 7.触媒組成物がペンタメチルシクロペンタジエニルチタントリメトキシドを含 む請求項6の方法。
