Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カテーテル又はリードとともに使用するための導入器システムにおいて、 第1端部と第2端部とを備え、身体内への挿入に適合したシースであって、前 記第1端部は、前記第2端部が身体の外に延びた状態で前記シースを身体内に挿 入されるように形成され、一対の分離可能なタブが第2端部に取り付けられ、少 なくとも一つのリード又はカテーテルを導入できるように形成された中央内腔を 有し、少なくとも一つの強化ファイバを含む、前記シースと、 前記シースを通して配置されたリード又はカテーテルから、前記シースを通し て配置されたリード又はカテーテルの端部から前記シースを取り除く必要なしに 、前記シースを取り除くことができるようにするための手段と、 テーパ状に形成された第1端部と第2端部とを有し、前記シースの前記中央内 腔を通して配置されるように形成された拡張器と、 を有することを特徴とする、導入器システム。 2.前記シースを取り除くことができるようにするための前記手段は、前記シー スを通して配置された前記リード又はカテーテルから前記シースを割り離すため の手段を含む、請求項1に記載の導入器システム。 3.前記シースを割るための前記手段は、前記シースの前記第2端部の第1側に 設けられた第1タブと、前記シースの前記第2端部の第2側に設けられた第2タ ブとを有し、これによって、前記タブを引き離したときに前記シースが長さ方向 に裂け、前記シースを通して配置された前記リード又はカテーテルから前記シー スを分離する、請求項2に記載の導入器システム。 4.前記シースを割るための前記手段は、前記シースの前記第1端部から前記第 2端部まで長さ方向に延びる弱化部分を含む、請求項2に記載の導入器システム 。 5.前記弱化部分は、刻み線を含む、請求項4に記載の導入器システム。 6.前記弱化部分は、前記シースの長さに沿って長さ方向にだけ材料が容易に裂 ける分子配向の物理的特性を持つ材料からなる区分で形成されている、請求項4 に記載の導入器システム。 7.前記シースはプラスチックである、請求項1に記載の導入器システム。 8.前記シースは低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項1に記載の導入器システム 。 9.前記強化ファイバは円形断面である、請求項1に記載の導入器システム。 10.前記強化ファイバは矩形断面である、請求項1に記載の導入器システム。 11.前記強化ファイバの断面は、前記シースの前記内腔と平行な長寸法及び短 寸法を持つ、請求項1に記載の導入器システム。 12.導入器キットにおいて、 第1端部及び第2端部を有するシースであって、前記第1端部は、前記第2端 部が身体の外に延びた状態で前記シースを身体内に挿入するための手段を有し、 前記シースは、少なくとも一つのリード又はカテーテルを、前記シースを通して 導入できるように形成され、分離可能な一対のタブが前記第2端部に取り付けら れ、前記シースを通して少なくとも一つのリード又はカテーテルを導入できるよ うに形成された中央内腔を有するシースを配置し、前記シースは少なくとも一つ の強化ファイバを含む、前記シースと、 前記シースを通して配置されたリード又はカテーテルから、前記シースを通し て配置されたリード又はカテーテルの端部から前記シースを取り除く必要なしに 、前記シースを取り除くことができるようにするための手段と、 経皮ニードルと、 ワイヤ案内体と、 拡張器と、 を有することを特徴とする、導入器キット。 13.カテーテル又はリードとともに使用される導入器システムにおいて、 第1端部及び第2端部を有するシースであって、このシースを通る中央内腔を 構成する所定の厚さの壁と、前記シースの前記第2端部に取り付けられた分離可 能な一対のタブとを有し、前記中央内腔は、この内腔を通して少なくとも一つの リード又はカテーテルを導入できるように形成され、前記シースは少なくとも一 つの強化ファイバを有し、前記強化ファイバは前記壁内部に取り付けられている 、前記シースと、 前記シースを通して配置されたリード又はカテーテルから、前記シースを通し て配置されたリード又はカテーテルの端部から前記シースを取り除く必要なしに 、前記シースを取り除くことができるようにするための手段と、 テーパ状に形成された第1端部及び第2端部を有し、前記シースの前記中央内 腔を通して配置されるように形成された拡張器と、 を有することを特徴とする、導入器システム。 14.前記強化ファイバは、前記壁の外面と前記壁の内面との間の所定の箇所で 前記壁内に取り付けられている、請求項13に記載の導入器システム。 15.前記箇所は、前記壁の外面と前記壁の内面との中間である、請求項14に 記載の導入器システム。 16.前記強化ファイバは、前記壁の前記内面に沿った所定の箇所で前記壁内に 取り付けられている、請求項13に記載の導入器システム。 17.前記シースを取り除くことができるようにするための前記手段は、前記シ ースを通して配置された前記リード又はカテーテルから前記シースを割り離すた めの手段を含む、請求項13に記載の導入器システム。 18.前記シースを割るための前記手段は、前記シースの前記第2端部の第1側 に設けられた第1タブ、及び前記シースの前記第2端部の第2側に設けられた第 2タブを含み、これによって、前記タブを引き離したときに前記シースが長さ方 向に裂け、前記シースを通して配置された前記リード又はカテーテルから前記シ ースを分離するように構成された、請求項12に記載の導入器システム。 19.前記シースを割るための前記手段は、前記シースの前記第2端部の第1側 に設けられた第1タブ、及び前記シースの前記第2端部の第2側に設けられた第 2タブを含み、前記強化ファイバは、前記壁の前記内面に沿った所定の箇所で前 記壁内部に取り付けられており、前記壁及び前記強化ファイバは刻み線を有し、 これによって、前記タブを引き離したときに前記シースが長さ方向に裂け、前記 シースを通して配置された前記リード又はカテーテルから前記シースを前記刻み 線に沿って分離するように構成された、請求項13に記載の導入器システム。 20.前記シースを割るための前記手段は、前記シースの前記第1端部から前記 第2端部まで長さ方向に延びる弱化部分を含む、請求項12に記載の導入器シス テム。 21.前記弱化部分は、刻み線を含む、請求項18に記載の導入器システム。 22.前記弱化部分は、前記シースの長さに沿って長さ方向にだけ材料が容易に 裂ける分子配向の物理的特性を持つ材料からなる区分で形成されている、請求項 18に記載の導入器システム。 23.前記シースは低密度ポリエチレンである、請求項13に記載の導入器シス テム。
