Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 蒸気圧縮式冷凍装置での使用に適した組成物であって、組成物は潤滑剤、 およびヒドロフルオロカーボンを含む冷媒を含み;潤滑剤はヒンダードアルコー ルと少なくとも1種のC4−C18脂肪酸とのエステルを含み、ここで、ヒンダー ドアルコールは少なくとも1つの第1アルコール基および少なくとも1つの第2 アルコール基を含み;そしてヒドロキシ基を有する炭素原子はメチレン基または メチル基のいずれにも隣接していない、上記組成物。 2. 潤滑剤が次の性質: R−134a混和可能温度 : −35℃未満 4ボール摩耗容積(μm3) : 1未満 加水分解安定性(ΔTAN、mgKOH/g) : 1未満 を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 3. 40℃での粘度が4〜15cStである、請求項1に記載の組成物。 4. ヒンダード2価または3価アルコールと少なくとも1種のC4−C18脂肪 酸とのエステルを含み、ここで、ヒンダードアルコールが少なくとも1つの第1 アルコール基および少なくとも1つの第2アルコール基を含み、そしてヒドロキ シ基を有する炭素原子がメチレン基またはメチル基のいずれにも隣接していない 、請求項1に記載の組成物。 5. 脂肪酸からのアシル基の少なくとも70%が直鎖アシル基である、請求項 4に記載の組成物。 6. 脂肪酸がC5〜C9酸である、請求項5に記載の組成物。 7. エステルが、少なくとも80重量%の直鎖C5〜C9脂肪酸と20重量%以 下の分枝鎖C5〜C9脂肪酸との混合物から誘導される、請求項4に記載の組成物 。 8. アルコールが2,2,4−トリメチルペンタン−1,3−ジオールを含む 、請求項4に記載の組成物。 9. 冷媒が、1〜2個の炭素原子および1〜6個のフッ素原子を有するヒドロ フルオロカーボンを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。 10. 50%以下のネオペンチルポリオールの第2エステルをさらに含む、請 求項9に記載の組成物。 11. 請求項9の冷媒を含む蒸気圧縮サイクル熱伝達装置の潤滑法であって、 装置の可動部分を請求項1に記載の潤滑剤と接触させることを含む、上記の方法 。 12. 潤滑剤、冷媒、冷媒蒸発手段、冷媒圧縮手段、冷媒凝縮手段、および冷 媒膨張手段を含む、蒸気圧縮サイクル熱伝達装置において、 改良点が、潤滑剤が請求項1に記載の潤滑剤であり、冷媒が請求項1に記載の 冷媒であることにある、上記の装置。
