Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回折光学素子(17)を用いて表面又は空間に明瞭な光線を分配するための システムであって、少なくとも1つのレーザー光源(14)、光学フィルター手 段、好ましくはモード選択的フィルター(16)、回折光学部材(17)、及び 場合によっては光学カップリング素子(15)と合焦点素子(18)を包含し、 該レーザー光源(14)、該光学フィルター手段(16)、該回折光学部材(1 7)、及び場合によって用いられる該光学カップリング素子(15)と合焦点素 子(18)は共通の安定なユニット(19)内部に配置及び固定されており、該 モード選択的フィルター(16)は、該レーザー光源(14)からの光線がモー ド選択的フィルター(16)を通過した後には実質的に単一モードになるように 構成されている、 ことを特徴とするシステム。 2.該レーザー光源(14)がダイオードレーザーからなることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載のシステム。 3.該モード選択的フィルター(16)が単一モード光ファイバーであることを 特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 4.該単一モード光ファイバーと屈折率を合わせた平行面ガラス板をさらに包含 することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。 5.回折光学素子(17)がキノフォームであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4 のいずれかに記載のシステム。 6.回折光学素子(17)が、1つの放射モードにおける所定の位置に配置され ていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のシステム。 7.回折光学素子(17)が所定の方向、好ましくは、回折光学素子(17)が 放射モードの軸に直角になるような方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求 項6に記載のシステム。 8.回折光学素子(17)と合焦点素子(18)とが1つの回折光学素子中に形 成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のシステム。 9.該単一モード光ファイバーの両端が斜角面であることを特徴とする請求項3 に記載のシステム。 10.回折光学素子(17)の横方向の位置とその角度が、回折光学素子(17 )に当たるレーザー光線のサイズと直接的に関連するように正確に設定されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 11.回折光学素子(17)の位置が温度変化から独立していることを特徴とす る請求項10に記載のシステム。 12.回折光学素子(17)を用いて表面又は空間に明瞭な光線を分配するため の装置であって、少なくとも1つのレーザー光源(14)、例えばレーザーダイ オード;カップリングレンズの形態を有する光学カップリング手段(15);モ ード選択的フィルター(16)、例えば単一モード光ファイバー;回折光学部材 (17)、例えばキノフォーム;及び合焦点素子(18)、例えばレンズ、がこ の順序で配置されてなるシステムを包含し、該レーザー光源(14)、該光学カ ップリング手段(15)、該モード選択的フィルター(16)、及び該回折光学 部材(17)は保持部材(23〜27、31)によって共通の安定なユニット( 19)内に配置及び固定されており、該モード選択的フィルター(16)は、該 レーザー光源(14)からの光線がモード選択的フィルター(16)を通過した 後には実質的に単一モードになるように構成されている、 ことを特徴とする装置。 13.保持具によって保持された回折光学素子(17)が、該モード選択的フィ ルター(16)と屈折率を合わせてあることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装 置。 14.該光ファイバーの両端が斜角面であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載 の装置。
