Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒトまたはヒト以外の動物の体の、コントラストを増強させたMR血管造影 の方法であって、前記方法は、r2/r1比が5以下である磁性粒子を含む、コン トラスト効果のある量の造影剤組成物をそれらの血管内に投与すること、及び、 十分な前記磁性粒子が血管内に残存しているときには、T1加重画像に陽性コン トラストを増強させるために、一方、十分な磁性粒子が網内系の器官に取り込ま れたときには、前記T1加重画像に陰性コントラストを増強させるために、少な くとも前記器官のT1加重画像磁気共鳴画像を生成することを含む方法。 2.前記器官が、肝臓である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記器官が、リンパ節である請求項1に記載の方法。 4.少なくとも前記器官のT2加重画像もまた、生成される前記請求項のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 5.前記組成物が、r2/r1比が5以下である第1の複数の磁性粒子と、前記第 1の複数の磁性粒子よりも血中半減期が短い第2の複数の磁性粒子を含む前記請 求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.前記第2の複数の磁性粒子が、前記第1の複数の磁性粒子より高いr2/r1 比をもつ請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記第1の複数の磁性粒子が、オプソニン作用インヒビタ、もしくは、血中 寿命長期化物質を有する粒子を含む請求項5に記載の方法。 8.前記第1の複数の磁性粒子が、血中命長期化物質であるポリオキシアルキレ ンを含む請求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記第1の複数の磁性粒子が、少なくとも30分の血中半減期をもつ請求項 5に記載の方法。 10.前記組成物が、r2/r1比が5以下であり、オプソニン作用インヒビタ、 もしくは、血中寿命長期化物質をもつ磁性粒子を含む前記請求項のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 11.前記組成物が、r2/r1比が5以下であり、血中寿命長期化物質であるポ リオキシアルキレンをもつ磁性粒子を含む請求項10に記載の方法。 12.磁性粒子を含む第1の組成物のコントラスト効果のある量を前記体に非経 口投与すること、続いて、r2/r1比が5以下である磁性粒子を含む第2の組成 物のコントラスト効果のある量を前記体の血管系に投与することを含む前記請求 項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.前記第1の組成物が、前記体の血管系に投与される請求項12に記載の方 法。 14.前記第1の組成物が、前記体のリンパ節系に投与され、前記T1加重画像 として、前記系の少なくとも一部の画像が生成される請求項12に記載の方法。 15.前記磁性粒子が、超常磁性を示す前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 16.前記磁性粒子が、磁性結晶及び生物許容ポリマーを含む複合粒子である請 求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記生物許容ポリマーが、オリゴもしくはポリサッカライドである請求項 16に記載の方法。 18.前記生物許容ポリマーが、酸化分解されたデンプンである請求項16及び 17に記載の方法。 19.前記複合粒子が、さらにオプソニン作用インヒビタ、もしくは、血中寿命 長期化物質を含む請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.前記複合粒子が、血中寿命長期化物質であるポリアルキレン酸化物を含む 請求項19に記載の方法。 21.前記T1加重画像が、r2/r1比が5以下である前記磁性粒子の投与後、 1分から24時間で生成される前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 22.前記T1加重画像が、r2/r1比が5以下である前記磁性粒子の投与後5 0分までで生成される前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 23.前記T1加重画像が、前記陽性コントラスト増強が少なくとも80%の像 強度の増加に対応し、かつ前記陰性コントラスト増強が少なくとも20%の像強 度の低下に対応するときに生成される前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 24.前記T1加重画像が、前記陽性コントラスト増強が少なくとも100%の 像強度の増加に対応し、かつ前記陰性コントラスト増強が少なくとも30%の像 強度の低下に対応するときに生成される請求項23に記載の方法。 25.前記T1加重画像が、前記陽性コントラスト増強が少なくとも150%の 像強度の増加に対応し、かつ前記陰性コントラスト増強が少なくとも30%の像 強度の低下に対応するときに生成される請求項23に記載の方法。 26.r2/r1比が5以下である前記磁性粒子のr2/r1比が、3以下である 27.r2/r1比が5以下である前記磁性粒子のr2/r1比が、2.5以下であ る請求項26に記載の方法。 28.前記第1の複数の無機磁性物質と前記第2の複数の無機磁性物質との重量 比が、10:1〜1:1の範囲である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 29.コントラスト効果のある量の前記第2の組成物中の無機磁性物質と、コン トラスト効果のある量の前記第1の組成物中の無機磁性物質との重量比が、10 :1〜1:1の範囲である前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 30.生理学的に許容される担体、もしくは、賦形剤を含む診断用造影剤組成物 であって、前記組成物が、r2/r1比が5以下であり、血中半減期が24時間ま でである第1の複数の磁性粒子と、血中半減期が第1の複数の組成物よりも短い 第2の複数の磁性粒子とを含むことを特徴とする診断用造影剤組成物。 31.前記第2の複数の磁性粒子が、前記第1の複数の磁性粒子より、少なくと も50%短い血中半減期をもつ請求項30に記載の組成物。 32.前記第1の複数の磁性粒子が、オプソニン作用インヒビタもしくは血中寿 命長期化物質をもつ粒子を含む請求項30もしくは31に記載の組成物。 33.前記第1の複数の磁性粒子が、磁性結晶と、生物許容ポリマーと、オプソ ニン作用インヒビタ、もしくは、血中寿命長期化物質とを含む請求項30もしく は31に記載の組成物。 34.前記生物許容ポリマーが、酸化分解されたデンプンであり、前記血中寿命 長期化物質が酸化ポリアルキレン物質である請求項33に記載の組成物。 35.前記磁性粒子が、100nm以下の平均全体粒子サイズをもつ請求項30 〜34のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
