Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内部に向かって凸状に湾曲した中央部分(3)をもつ底(「シャンパン」 ボトム)を有する熱可塑性材料でできたビン等の容器(5)を、同じく内部に向 かって凸状に湾曲した中央部分(3)をもつ底を有するブランク(4)から製造 する方法であって、熱可塑性材料をその軟化温度にまで上げるために少なくとも ブランクの胴部を加熱するステップと、最終容器を得るために配置される仕上型 (11;15a、15b)であり、かつブランクの底のくぼんだ中央部分内に挿 入されることができる形状と寸法とをもつアーチ形の中央部分(10)を備えた 型底(11)を特に有している仕上型(11;15a、15b)の中にブランク が位置決めされるステップと、ブランクの吹込による容器の仕上ステップであっ て、該ステップ中に、アーチ形の中央部分(10)がブランクの底のくぼんだ中 央部分(3)内に挿入されるステップとを含む方法であり、型底のアーチ形の中 央部分に対するブランクの底の中心合せをそれらの接触の際に容易化するために 、少なくとも型のアーチ形の部分とブランクの底の中央部分との相対回転運動が 、ブランクが型の中に 挿入されるときから型底とブランクの前記中央部分とが相互に正確に位置決めさ れるときまで引き起こされることを特徴とする方法。 2. ブランク(4)の底のくぼみ(3)の形状と寸法とが最終容器の底の形状 と寸法とに一致していること、また前記ブランクの底が仕上ステップ中において 変化されないことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. ブランク(4)の底がブランクの加熱ステップ中において材料の軟化温度 にまで上げられないことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. ブランクの底が最終容器の初めの底であること、またブランクの底が材料 をその軟化温度にまで上げるために加熱ステップ中において加熱され最終容器の 底を得るために仕上げステップ中に変化させられることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項に記載の方法。 5. 型底のアーチ形の中央部分(10)の形状と寸法とが最終容器の湾曲した 底部分(3)の形状と寸法とのそれぞれにほぼ一致していることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. 仕上ステップ中において、型底(11)がブランクの底に対して位置決め されるために型の中を軸方向に移動されること、また型底の中央部分とブランク の底の中央部分との相対回転がこの移動中に引き起こされることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7. 仕上ステップの際の吹込中において、ブランクの長さの著しい変化が引き 起こされるとともに、その吹込中に型底がブランクの底に接近接触すること、ま た型底の中央部分とブランクの底の中央部分との相対回転がこの変化中に引き起 こされることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 8. 相対回転がブランク(4)を型の中で回転させることによって引き起こさ れることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法 。 9. 相対回転が型底のアーチ形の中央部分(10)を型のその他の部分に対し て回転させることによって引き起こされることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項か ら第7項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. 型底のアーチ形の中央部分とブランクの底との相対回 転を引き起こすための手段(14;16)を備えていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項から第9項のいずれか一項による方法を実施するための設備。 11. 前記手段がブランクの回転を型の中で引き起こすことを特徴とする請求 の範囲第10項に記載の設備。 12. 前記手段(14;16)が型底のアーチ形の中央部分(10)の回転を 引き起こすことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の設備。 13. 型底のアーチ形の中央部分の回転を引き起こすための手段が、この中央 部分に結合されたモータ(14;16)で構成されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第12項に記載の設備。 14. モータが電気モータ(14)であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第13 項に記載の設備。 15. モータが設備にて利用可能な流体(Ps)によって駆動されるエアモー タ(16)であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第13項に記載の設備。 16. 流体が仕上ステップの際に最終容器の吹込に役立つ流体であること、ま た吹込流体の一部をモータに引き込むために分路(22)等の手段を備えている ことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第15項に記載の設備。 17. 型の閉鎖の際に、および/または仕上延伸の際に、型底が空圧手段の作 用によって軸方向に移動可能であること、またモータが型底の移動に役立つ流体 の一部によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の設備。
