Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.三相をなす分散体を形成させ、第1の相は凝集混合物を含有する小滴からな り、第2の相は液移動相からなりそして第3の相は所望の物質が結晶しうる表面 を含み、ここで第3の相中に所望の物質の結晶生長のための化学ポテンシャルが 存在し、これによって第1の相から第2の相を通って、所望の物質が結晶化する 第3の相に至る所望の物質の流れが形成され、凝集混合物から所望の物質を分離 する方法であって、小滴の生成のギブスの自由エンタルピー(△G)が<0であ ることを特徴とする上記方法。 2.第1の相と第2の相とが一緒にマイクロエマルジョンを形成する請求項1記 載の方法。 3.小滴の直径が500nmより小さい請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.分散体がさらに溶媒を含有する請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 5.分散体がさらにアルコールを含有する請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 6.分散体がさらに界面活性剤を含有する請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 7.第3の相を所望の物質の種結晶を第2の相に導入することによって形成させ る請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.第1の相および第2の相が水中油分散体または油中水分散体を含有する請求 項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.バッチ操作で行われる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.連続操作で行われる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
