Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.入力信号を受ける入力端子(1)と、前記入力信号に応答する出力信号を供 給する出力端子(2)と、電源供給端子(3)と、前記出力端子(2)に結合 した主電流経路を有する増幅トランジスタ(4)と、前記出力端子(2)と前 記電源供給端子(3)との間に結合される負荷(5)とを有する増幅段を含む 、増幅器であって、前記負荷(5)は、前記電源供給端子(3)に結合された ソースと、前記出力端子(2)に結合されたドレインと、ゲートとを有する第 1の電界効果トランジスタ(T1)を含み、および、前記出力端子(2)に結 合されたソースと、前記第1の電界効果トランジスタ(T1)のゲートに結合 されたドレインと、当該ドレインに結合されたゲートとを有する第2の電界効 果トランジスタ(T2)を含む、ことを特徴とする増幅器。 2.前記増幅器は、さらに、前述したと同様の態様で構成された増幅段を含み、 それぞれの増幅トランジスタ(4,4A)は、差動増幅器のように配置されて いる、ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の増幅器。 3.積分キャパシタ(CI)が、前記出力端子(2)に結合されている、ことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の増幅器。 4.前記積分キャパシタ(CI)は、電界効果トランジスタによって形成されて いる、ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の増幅器。
