Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.NCO:OH比が10:1〜1:10のポリイソシアネートとポリオール成分を含む長 いゲル化時間を有するポリウレタン樹脂であって、塩基性リチウム塩の存在下に 約0.1〜15時間、100〜280℃に加熱したヒマシ油をポリオール成分の構成成分と して0.1〜100重量%の量で使用することを特徴とするポリウレタン樹脂。 2.ポリオール成分が、多くとも200ppmのリチウムイオンを含有することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のポリウレタン樹脂。 3.ポリオール成分が、多くとも100ppmのリチウムイオンを含有することを特 徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリウレタン樹脂。 4.ヒマシ油を200〜280℃に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記 載のポリウレタン樹脂。 5.NCO:OH比が1:4〜4:1であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載のポリウレタン樹脂。 6.ポリウレタン混合物のゲル化時間が40分以上であることを特徴とする請求 項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリウレタン樹脂。 7.NCO:OH比が10:1〜1:10のイソシアネートとポリオール成分からなるポリ ウレタン樹脂のゲル化時間を長くするための方法であって、塩基性リチウム塩の 存在下に約0.5〜15時間、100〜300℃に加熱したヒマシ油をポリオール成分の構 成成分として0.1〜100重量%の量で使用することを特徴とする方法。。 8.約1〜8時間加熱したヒマシ油をポリオール成分の構成成分として用いるこ とを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 9.発泡体、注型用樹脂、被覆物および/または複合材料の製造のための請求 項1〜6のいずれかに記載のポリウレタンの使用。
