Method and apparatus for automatically monitoring mills, especially rotor blades
Technical field
The present invention provides that the bearings are mounted parallel to each other in the housing,
And two cutting rotors meshing with each other.
Bulky debris consisting of a number of rotor disks with cutting teeth
A method and apparatus for automatically monitoring a crusher, such as a rotor blade, to be crushed.
Related.
In general, a signal is generated when any of the drive components is overloaded,
Acting on the drive via the control device, there is known a control to protect the drive
ing. This monitoring control usually includes, for example, current, output, speed torque, etc.
The drive value is detected.
Crushers in the above-mentioned areas are subject to a unique high and fluctuating load during operation,
The high extremes of the load are brought about by parts that interrupt the waste grinding process.
These parts vary greatly in size, shape or material condition, but ultimately
It is classified into crushable parts and non-crushable parts. In the rotor blade,
Like heavy parts made of iron, which hinder the grinding process and especially destroy the cutting tools
Advance based on the shape of the cutting teeth and the position of the rotor blade to sort the material
The obstruction is forcibly removed by a so-called reverse operation after traveling.
WO-PCT / JP95 / 01 describes a rotor blade operating in this manner.
According to 538, it is known that the forward running and the reverse operation are temporally synchronized with each other.
But the time for forward running and reverse operation
Is known to be associated with
Not.
According to DE 3412306 C2, electric drives, in particular document protectors, are protected.
A control is also known, which monitors the drive and overloads it
If so, a signal is generated, which acts on the drive via the controller. Electrical
In order to treat mechanical drive components as carefully as possible,
The problem is solved by an exclusion display member having a light emitting diode, wherein the light emitting diode is
It is sequentially driven step by step according to the drive value supplied to the exclusion display member.
A signal is generated in accordance with the driving of the stage or the plurality of stages, and the signal is generated by the reverse running of the driving device
This causes a so-called reverse or disassembly. For document crushers, this is effective
And a practical solution, but is generally diverted to monitor the machine according to load.
And cannot be used in particular for crushers in the fields mentioned above.
According to DE 29 37 846, a machine for crushing bulky materials is most suitable.
It is known to set a fixed time to reach a small number of revolutions, thereby
By monitoring the respective rotation speeds of the cutter drive, the cutter drive is controlled within a set time.
If the minimum rotation speed is not reached, the cutter drive will
Stopped.
Therefore, to distinguish crushable waste from non-crushable waste,
Monitoring according to the load by detecting types cannot be realized.
Further analysis of the prior art yielded the following results, and the resulting solution was
It cannot be succeeded to the invention disclosed below.
According to U.S. Pat. No. 4,560,110, a hydraulic drive for a shredder has a detecting means.
The detecting means is connected upstream of the driving means in the liquid circulation, and outputs an inversion signal.
By exceeding a predetermined value of the force supplied to the pump means
Responds to the rise, thereby eventually reversing the direction of rotation of the rotor shaft,
So the block
Avoid the King.
No. 4,795,561, also based on the same fields as described above,
In the moving device, the blocking detecting means includes a blocking member in the shredder.
Responsive to a predetermined minimum speed corresponding to the case.
According to WO80 / 00128, the switching unit in the current supply line to the motor is
A torque above a predetermined value as a result of a higher resistance hitting the cutting device.
In response to the rise, it causes the motor to reverse.
The subject of the invention described in NL8303051 is reduced to pure overload shedding
And it cannot contribute to solving the problem here.
Also, from US Pat.
Cannot be obtained.
Description of the invention
The object of the present invention is to improve the forward running from both a driving economic viewpoint and a structural viewpoint.
Crushing and reversing, so-called reverse operation, is an obstacle to waste.
Extremely high shock loads on crushing machines in the area mentioned at the beginning
Despite the crushing process of the waste obstruction,
Recognizes the type of load and continues machine operation without obstacles, in which case crushable disposal
The distinction between material and non-crushable waste, in which case measurements on machinery
The quantity is recorded and evaluated.
According to the invention, this task is solved by the features of claims 1 to 22.
The present invention has shown surprisingly favorable effects in experiments:
-Automatic monitoring of the effective and efficient operation of the milling device is feasible,
One
-The functional parts of the machine can be optimally dimensioned, i.e.
Usage can be minimized.
If the present invention is used for rotor blades, the present invention provides for subsequent processing.
Such as ground paper, ground plastic and other ferrous metals.
Protect and secure the preparation and use of materials that do not contain disturbing materials such as heavy parts
To ensure that control over the composition of the material to be ground is particularly effective
It is.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention will now be described with an embodiment of the principle type.
FIGS. 1 and 2 show the method according to the invention in the respective P-axis (pressure).
And the respective t-axis (time) as well as the removal of heavy parts resulting therefrom.
In the direction of rotation (arrow) of the cutting disk 8 (FIGS. 3, 4 and 5) of the rotor blade
This is shown using the curves of the coordinate system over the kinematic course of the kinematics.
As is evident from FIG. 1, an adjustable temporally differentiated measurand combination
According to the options M1 and M2, the magnitude of the rising speed of the mechanical load is increased through the pressure rise.
Is detected as In the case of crushable waste, the mechanical drive is
This is done in the direction of rotation for grinding. Crushable waste accumulates, thereby reducing the load
First, when the ascending speed (gradient) becomes relatively small and reaches Pmax,
A drive reversal operation is performed, after which the cutting disk 8 is shown in FIGS.
Rotation in the direction opposite to the
Direction can be taken. If the waste is considered non-millable,
Due to the relatively high rate of rise (gradient) of the load-possibly after reversal-first
The milling process is interrupted and non-millable waste is released, followed by normal milling
Operation continues (FIG. 1a). In that case, you need to reverse the sequence
However, in the case of a hydraulic motor drive, static pressure starts from a stop state and no pressure.
Once again, the milling process will be slower or continuously faster,
This then causes the object to shatter, or (newly)
Deformation is also possible to detect that it is not crushable (FIG. 1b).
What is important here is that the detection of the gradient lies below the adjusted value Pmax
That is. In an actual experiment, the mechanical load shown here as M2 in FIG.
It has become clear that the peak value of Pmax may be above Pmax.
As shown in FIG. 2, in another configuration of the method, the sequence is:
When the first measured amount reaches M1, which is Pmax, and crushable waste is deposited
First, a reversing operation of the drive is introduced, followed by an operation for grinding.
A second measurand which is then adjustable by the presence of non-millable waste
Is exceeded,-possibly after inversion-the grinding process is first interrupted,
To ensure that non-millable waste is removed and then milling continues in normal operation,
Is controlled.
FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 show three principle solution variants of the device implementing the method.
