Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転可能なブレーキ部材(1)に作動される作動面を備えた摩擦ライニン グ(4,5)と、前記ブレーキライニングをブレーキロータに作動させる作動装 置(6)と、ブレーキロータの近傍にブレーキライニングを維持する目的で作動 装置によって駆動される調整装置(13)と、前記ブレーキ作動方向への前記ブ レーキの作動運動に応答した前記摩耗検出装置(60)と、を有する車のブレー キ組立体において、前記摩耗検出装置(60)は、直線方向の作動部材(102 )の動きによって作動されるセンサ(101)と、前記調整装置の動きに応答し て回転可能なフォロア部材(106)と、前記フォロア部材の回転運動を作動部 材の直線方向の運動に変換する伝達機構(104)とを有する車のブレーキ組立 体。 2.前記センサ(101)は、リニヤ移動装置を有する請求項1に記載のブレ ーキ。 3.前記移動装置は、導体センサを有する請求項2に記載のブレーキ。 4.前記移動装置は、電位差計を有する請求項2に記載のブレーキ。 5.前記摩耗検出装置(60)は、調整装置(13)によって駆動され、前記 センサ(101)は、歯車ホイールから離れたセンサの端部が電気コネクタ装置 を備えた調整装置に歯車ホイール(24)で駆動されるようになっており、ユニ ットはブレーキ組立体自身を外すことなくサービスにおいてブレーキから除去す ることができる請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のブレーキ。 6.前記伝達機構(104)は、調整可能な長さであり、その部品(107, 102)は回転運動を直線運動に変換するために作動的に協慟する請求項1ない し5に記載のブレーキ。 7.前記部品(107,102)は、自由に分離協働である請求項6に記載の ブレーキ。 8.非回転可能なリードねじ(107)が、対応する方向に作動部材を移動す るために長手方向に可動であり、前記フォロア部材は、長手方向の移動に対して 捕捉するように回転可能なピニオン(106)を有し、歯車のホイールの回転に 応答したピニオンの回転は、リードねじを長手方向に移動させる請求項1ないし 7に記載のブレーキ。 9.前記リードねじ(107)は、長手方向にねじの移動を制限するために拡 大ヘッド(133)を支持している請求項8に記載のブレーキ。 10.前記リードねじ(107)は、作動的に係合する軸線方向に伸びる伝達 部材またはロッド(102)を通してセンサ(101)に作用する請求項8また は請求項9に記載のブレーキ。 11.センサのデータとブレーキ組立体の稼働中にブレーキとの間の関係をリ セットするリセット装置(144)を含む請求項8または請求項10に記載のブ レーキ。 12.前記リセット装置は、新しい摩擦ライニングを有するブレーキ組立体を 組み立てるとき、前記センサ(101)の所望のデータ位置を決定するためにリ ードねじ(107)の有効長さを調整する装置を有する請求項11に記載のブレ ーキ。
