Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.タービン軸(4)およびこれに取り付けられタービンハウジング(8)で包 囲されているタービン翼(6)を備えたタービン(2)における径方向間隙をタ ービンハウジング(8)を貫通して導かれているグラスファイバプローブ(12 )によって監視する装置において、少なくとも一つのタービン翼(6)の表面上 におよび/又はタービン軸(4)の表面上に設けられグラスファイバプローブ( 12)からの光を反射する非酸化材料から成る測定基準点(18)と、反射光に おける強度差を検出するための手段とを有していることを特徴とするタービンに おける径方向間隙の監視装置。 2.測定基準点(18)の非酸化材料が耐スケーリング性を有していることを特 徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.グラスファイバプローブ(12)がガラス繊維束(36)から構成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。 4.グラスファイバプローブ(12)がタービンハウジング(8)の中に着脱可 能にはめ込まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の装 置。 5.グラスファイバプローブ(12)がセラミックス(16)で絶縁された管( 17)の中にはめ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1 つに記載の装置。 6.グラスファイバプローブ(12)が二つのタービンハウジング部分(30、 32)間の範囲において弾性外被管(34)の中を通して導かれていることを特 徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 7.グラスファイバプローブ(12)に接続されている光波トランシーバ(14 )を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の装置 。 8.タービン軸(4)とタービンハウジング(8)との間に設けられたラビリン スパッキン(24)の範囲における軸表面上に、非酸化材料から成る少なくとも 一つの測定基準点(18)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7 のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 9.軸変位を測定するために軸表面(4)上におよび/又はタービン翼(6、1 0)上に、多数のグラスファイバプローブ(12)および相応した数の測定基準 点(18)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つ に記載の装置。 10.径方向間隙の経過並びに軸変位を検出し表示するための評価・診断装置( 20)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の 装置。
