Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.条片状の第1電極と同じく条片状の第2電極とからなり、この第1及び第2 電極がポリマーにより互いに隔離した状態で囲繞されている電線を電力取出し口 に接続する電気接続プラグであって、 (A) (1)電線を受け入れるスロットを有する第1ハウジング部材と、(2)第 2ハウジング部材とからなり、この第1及び第2ハウジング部材が合体位置と分 離位置との間を相対移動自在となっているハウジングと、 (B) 電力取出し口の一方のソケットに挿入するに適した第1条片を有する 第1接点部材と、 (C) 電力取出し口の他方のソケットに挿入するに適した第2条片を有する 第2接点部材と、 (D) 前記第1ハウジング部材内に位置決めされていて、(1)弧状にほろが った凹形内表面を有する壁が形成する空洞と、(2)該空洞と連通して、電線を受 け入れる前記スロットと調心されている壁における開口と、(3)前記壁の内表面 に設けられて、前記第1条片と電気接続されるようになっている第1電極接点部 と、(4)前記壁の内表面に設けられて、前記第2条片と電気接続されるようにな っている第2電極接点都とを有する切断モジュールと、 (E) (1)前記切断モジュールに収まり、かつ、(2)(a)前記壁の内表面と補 完関係形状の弧状に広がる凸形外表面と(b)ポリマーを貫通するに適した穿刺手 段とを備えてなる切断用楔片からなり、(3)前記開口を介して前記空洞内に電線 を挿通して回転させると、前記空洞内において開位置から閉位置へと回転する切 断機素とからなり、前記回転で、(a)前記穿刺手段が先ず前記第1及び第2電極 間においてポリマーを貫通し、(b)次に前記ポリマーの端部が前記両電極から分 離し、(c)かくて前記第1電極を前記第1電極接点部と物理的に接触させる一方 、前記第2電極を前記第2電極接点部と物理的に接触させるように構成してなる 電気接続プラグ。 2.請求項1に記載のものであって、(1)切断機素がレバーを受け入れるに適し た凹所からなり、また、(2)第2ハウジング部材がロックバーを備えており、こ のロックバーは内表面に設けられていて、切断機素が閉位置にあると前記凹所に 係入することよりなる電気接続プラグ。 3.請求項2に記載のものであって、前記第2ハウジング部材が、互いに別々に なっている第1及び第2部とからなり、この第2部は好ましくはロックバーから なる電気接続プラグ。 4.請求項3に記載のものであって、歪み緩和手段を設けてなる電気接続プラグ 。 5.請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載のものであって、第2電極接点部と 第2電極接点部とが回路遮断装置と電気接続されており、好ましくは回路遮断装 置が接地型回路遮断器または機器保護用接地型回路遮断器であることよりなる電 気接続プラグ。 6.請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載のものであって、ヒューズを第1接 点部材と第2接点部材との電気接続してなる電気接続プラグ。 7.請求項1から6までの何れか一項に記載のものであって、接地接点部を設け 、これに接地機素を置いてなる電気接続プラグ。 8.ポリマーにより囲繞された条片状の第1電極からなる、好ましくは加熱ケー ブルの如くの電線からポリマーを剥がす工具であって、 (A) (1)弧状に広がった凹形内表面を有する壁が形成する空洞と、(2)該壁 に形成されて該空洞と連通する電線を受け入れ用の開口とを有する切断モジュー ルと、 (B) (1)前記切断モジュールに収まり、かつ、(2)(a)前記壁の内表面と補 完関係形状の弧状に広がる凸形外表面と(b)ポリマーを貫通するに適した穿刺手 段とを備えてなる切断用楔片からなり、(3)前記開口に電線を挿通して回転させ ると、前記穿刺手段をポリマーに貫通させ、その後に前記ポリマーの端部が前記 電極から分離するように前記空洞内で回転する切断機素とからなる工具。 9.請求項8に記載のものであって、切断用楔片に凸形の内表面があって、その 厚みが穿刺手段から離れるに従って段々増加してなる工具。 10.第1ポリマーにより隔離囲繞されている第1及び第2電極を有する、好ま しくは加熱ケーブルからなる第1電線の端部を、好ましくは加熱ケーブルからな る第2ポリマーにより隔離囲繞されている第3及び第4電極を有する第2電線の 端部に接続するコネクタであって、 (A) (1)電線を受け入れるスロットを有する第1ハウジング部材と、(2)第 2ハウジング部材とからなり、この第1及び第2ハウジング部材は(a)合体位置 と分離位置との間を相対移動自在であり、(b)合体させると、第2電線を受け入 れる開口を形成するハウジングと、 (B) 該ハウジング内において前記第1電極を前記第3電極に接続する第1 接続手段と、 (C) 前記ハウジング内において前記第2電極を前記第4電極に接続する第 2接続手段と、 (D) (1)弧状に広がった凹形内表面を有する壁が形成する空洞と、(2)該空 洞と連通して、電線を受け入れる前記スロットと調心されている壁における開口 と、(3)前記壁の内表面に設けられて、前記第1接続手段と電気接続されるよう になっている第1電極接点部と、(4)前記壁の内表面に設けられて、前記第2接 続手段と電気接続されるようになっている第2電極接点部とを有する切断モジュ ールと、 (E) (1)前記切断モジュールに収まり、かつ、(2)(a)前記壁の内表面と補 完関係形状の弧状に広がる凸形外表面と(b)前記第1ポリマーを貫通するに適し た穿刺手段とを備えてなる切断用楔片からなり、(3)前記開口を介して前記空洞 内に前記第1電線を挿通して回転させると、(a)前記穿刺手段が先ず前記第1及 び第2電極間において前記第1ポリマーを貫通し、(b)次に前記第1ポリマーの 端部が前記両電極から分離し、(c)かくて前記第1電極を前記第1電極接点部と 物理的に接触させる一方、前記第2電極を前記第2電極接点部と物理的に接触さ せる切断機素とからなるコネクタ。
