Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶剤可溶性部分が30〜98%である複数の高分子エラストマー微小球を 含む接着剤組成物。 2.基材の少なくとも片面の少なくとも一部に塗布された、請求項1に記載の 接着剤組成物。 3.前記複数の高分子エラストマー微小球が、少なくとも1種のC4−C14ア ルキル(メト)アクリレートモノマーおよび任意に少なくとも1種のコモノマー を含む重合可能な出発物質を含む反応物の反応生成物である、請求項1に記載の 接着剤組成物。 4.(a)前記微小球が、少なくとも1種のC4−C14アルキル(メト)アク リレートモノマーおよび任意に少なくとも1種のコモノマーを含む重合可能な出 発物質を含む反応物の反応生成物である、複数の高分子エラストマー微小球と、 (b)重合可能なモノマー出発物質100重量部当たり0.1〜約2重 量部の範囲の量で存在する重合可能なモノマー出発物質用の開始剤と、 (c)任意に、微小球100重量部当たり約0.1〜約3重量部の量の 高分子安定剤と、 (d)微小球100重量部当たり約5重量部以下の界面活性剤と、 (e)前記微小球に30〜98%の溶剤可溶性部分を生じさせるのに十 分な量の改質剤と を含む接着剤組成物。 5.前記高分子安定剤が前記微小球100重量部当たり約0.1〜約1.5重 量部の量で存在する請求項4に記載の接着剤。 6.前記界面活性剤が前記微小球100重量部当たり約3重量部 以下の量で存在する請求項4に記載の接着剤。 7.前記改質剤が連鎖移動剤であり、且つ約0.15%までの量で存在する請 求項4に記載の接着剤。 8.前記改質剤が溶剤であり、且つ1〜30%の範囲の量で存在する請求項4 に記載の接着剤。 9.前記改質剤が粘着付与剤または可塑剤であり、且つ1〜30%の範囲の量 で存在する請求項4に記載の接着剤。 10.(a)(i)少なくとも1種のC4-C14アルキル(メト)アクリレート モノマーおよび任意に少なくとも1種のコモノマーと、 (ii)重合可能なモノマー出発物質100重量部当たり0.1 〜約2重量部の範囲の量で存在する重合可能なモノマー出発物質用の開始剤と、 (iii)任意に、重合可能なモノマー出発物質100重量部当た り0.1〜約3重量部の範囲の量の高分子安定剤と、 (iv)重合可能なモノマー100重量部当たり約5重量部以下 の量の界面活性剤と、 (v)溶剤可溶性部分が30〜98%である微小球を提供するの に十分な量の改質剤と、 を含む、重合可能なモノマー出発物質を含む混合物を攪拌する工程と、 (b)前記(メト)アクリレートモノマー(類)と前記コモノマー(類 )を重合する工程と を含む、請求項1に記載の微小球接着剤の1工程重合方法。 11.前記改質剤が連鎖移動剤であり、且つ約0.15%までの量で存在する 請求項10に記載の1工程重合方法。 12.前記改質剤が溶剤であり、且つ1〜30%の範囲の量で存在する請求項 10に記載の接着剤。 13.前記改質剤が粘着付与剤または可塑剤であり、1〜30%の範囲の量で 存在する請求項10に記載の接着剤。 14. (a)(i)少なくとも1種のC4-C14アルキル(メト)アクリ レートモノマーと、 (ii)前記モノマー用の開始剤、重合可能なモノマー出発物質 100重量部当たり約0.1〜約3重量部の量の高分子安定剤と、 (iii)重合可能なモノマー出発物質100重量部当たり約5重 量部以下の量の界面活性剤と、 (iv)溶剤可溶性部分が30〜98%である前記微小球を提供 するのに十分な量の改質剤と、 (v)水中油懸濁液を形成するための水と、 を含む混合物を攪拌する工程と、 (b)重合可能なモノマー出発物質を少なくとも部分的に重合する工程 と (c)懸濁液に少なくとも1種のコモノマーを加える工程と、 (d)重合可能なモノマー出発物質の重合を持続する工程と、 を含む請求項1に記載の微小球接着剤の2工程重合方法。 15.前記改質剤が連鎖移動剤であり、且つ約0.15%までの量で存在する 請求項14に記載の2工程重合方法。 16.前記改質剤が溶剤であり、且つ1〜30%の範囲の量で存在する請求項 14に記載の接着剤。 17.前記改質剤が粘着付与剤または可塑剤であり、且つ1〜30%の範囲の 量で存在する請求項14に記載の接着剤。 18.請求項1に記載の前記微小球接着剤が、バッキングの少なくとも片面の 少なくとも一部に塗布されたバッキングおよび塗膜を含む接着剤製品。
