Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 微孔質ポリウレタンエラストマーを製造する方法であって、 a)約6〜約16Wt%の遊離NCO基含有率を有する一つ以上のイソシアネ ート末端基プレポリマーから実質的な部分が成るイソシアネート成分であって、 前記プレポリマーが、化学量論的に過剰な一つ以上のジイソシアネートまたはポ リイソシアネートと、約3000〜約10,000Daの数平均分子量および約 1.95以上の官能価を有する高分子量の高官能価ポリオキシプロピレンジオー ルとの反応生成物から成る、イソシアネート成分と、 b)一つ以上の脂肪族もしくは脂環式連鎖延長剤またはこれらの混合物から実 質的な部分が成るポリオール成分を、 c)約0.15〜約0.6g/cm3の微孔質エラストマー密度を与えるのに 有効な量の発泡剤の存在下で、 反応させることから成ることを特徴とする方法。 2. 前記ポリオール成分が実質的に、約300Daよりも小さな分子量を有す る一つ以上の脂肪族ジオールもしくは脂環式ジオール連鎖延長剤のみから成る請 求項1の方法。 3. 前記ポリオール成分がさらに、ポリオキシアルキレンポリオールおよびポ リオールポリマー分散体から成るグループから選択される、約40mol%まで の一つ以上のイソシアネート反応性成分を含む請求項1または2の方法。 4. 前記ポリオキシアルキルレンポリオールが約20〜約60のヒドロキシル 価を有する請求項3の方法。 5. 前記ポリオールポリマー分散体が約15〜約60のヒドロキシル価を有す る請求項3の方法。 6. 前記高分子量の高官能価ポリオキシプロピレンジオールから誘導される前 記イソシアネート末端基プレポリマーが前記イソシアネート成分の約90%以上 を構成する請求項1〜5いずれか1項の方法。 7. 前記発泡剤が水から成る請求項1〜6いずれか1項の方法。 8. 前記高分子量の高官能価ポリオキシプロピレンジオールが約20Wt%ま でのオキシエチレン成分を含む請求項1〜7いずれか1項の方法。 9. 前記オキシエチレン成分がランダムにとり込まれたオキシエチレン成分で ある請求項8の方法。 10. 請求項1〜9いずれか1項の方法によって製造される微孔質低密度ポリ ウレタンエラストマー。 11. 靴間底の形の、請求項10の微孔質低密度エラストマーであって、 a)約8〜約16Wt%の遊離NCO基含有率を有する一つ以上のイソシアネ ート末端基プレポリマーから実質的な部分が成るイソシアネート成分であって、 前記プレポリマーが、化学量論的に過剰な一つ以上のジイソシアネートまたはポ リイソシアネートと、約3000〜約10,000Daの数平均分子量および約 1.95以上の官能価を有する高分子量の高官能価ポリオキシプロピレンジオー ルとの反応生成物から成る、イソシアネート成分、 b)一つ以上の脂肪族もしくは脂環式連鎖延長剤またはこれらの混合物から実 質的な部分が成るポリオール成分、 から成る混合物を、 c)約0.15〜約0.4g/cm3の微孔質エラストマー密度を与えるのに 有効な量の発泡剤の存在下で、 反応させること、および型に注入すること、によって製造されることを特徴とす るエラストマー。 12. 前記発泡剤が水から成る請求項11の靴間底。 13. 前記間底の密度が約0.20〜約0.35g/cm3である 請求項1 1または12の靴間底。
