Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 1あるいはそれ以上の木材要素(4)を加圧処理するための方法が、木材 要素を圧力媒体(8)の中へ埋設する過程と、該圧力媒体内の圧力を増加させる 過程であって、それによって圧力を圧力媒体を介して木材要素へ伝達することに より、木材要素が加圧される圧力増加過程と、圧力媒体内の圧力を減少させる過 程であって、それによって木材要素が解放される圧力減少過程とを有した処理方 法において、該木材要素(4)が圧縮の過程中に排出される液体を含有し、前記 圧力媒体が中間スペース(8b)を備えた複数個の固体(8a)を有していて、 それによって該固体が前記圧力を木材要素に伝達し、従って、前記圧力媒体が加 圧されると、前記木材要素と前記スペースとの間に差圧が発生し、該差圧によっ て木材要素から前記液体がスペースの中へ排出され、また、解放過程中に木材要 素がほぼその初期形状へ膨張されることを特徴とする木材要素の加圧処理方法。 2. 請求項1に記載された方法において、圧縮過程中に得られる増加圧力が、 所定の保持時間の間維持される木材要素の加圧処理方法。 3. 請求項1又は2に記載された方法において、木材要素内に存在する細孔膜 (18)のかなりの割合が、圧縮過程中と多分前記保持時間中に、その細孔(1 7)から離れる木材要素の加圧処理方法。 4. 請求項3に記載された方法において、前記圧力の増加率と、最大圧力と、 多分、前記保持時間とが、前記細孔(17)から離れていく細孔膜(18)の割 合を制御するために調節される木材要素の加圧処理方法。 5. 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載された方法において、前記解放過程 中に、前記木材要素(4)の中へ含浸液が導入される木材要素の加圧処理方法。 6. 請求項5に記載された方法において、前記含浸液は、加圧される時に、圧 力媒体(8)内のスペース(8b)へ供給される木材要素の加圧処理方法。 7. 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載された方法において、前記圧力媒体 (8)が粒子であって、前記固体(8a)の平均直径あるいはメッシュ寸法が1 0mm以下より小さく、好ましくは0.1mmから5mmである木材要素の加圧 処理方法。 8. 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載された方法において、前記圧力媒体 (8)がポリマー材料、砂、ガラス、鋼、青銅、あるいは酸化アルミニウムの固 体(8a)である木材要素の加圧処理方法。 9. 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載された方法において、前記木材要素 (4)が400バールと1500バールとの間(4x107Paと1.5x108 Paとの間)、好ましくは700バールと1100バールとの間(7x107P aと1.1x108Paとの間)にまで加圧される木材要素の加圧処理方法。 10. 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載された方法において、前記圧力の 増加率が、平均で2バール毎秒と40バール毎秒との間(2x105Pa毎秒と 4x106Pa毎秒との間)、好ましくは10バール毎秒と25バール毎秒との 間(1x106Pa毎秒と2.5x106Pa毎秒との間)である木材要素の加圧 処理方法。 11. 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載された方法において、前記固体 (8a)の堅さが、IRHショワー硬度A95゜、好ましくはIRHショワー硬 度D80゜である木材要素の加圧処理方法。
