Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.移植可能なバイオセンサーの電極インピーダンスを減少させる方法であっ て、前記バイオセンサーをヒドロゲルでコーティングすることを含み、前記ヒド ロゲルが、 (a) 反応混合物中の反応物の約50モル%を構成するジイソシアネート; (b) 親水性ポリマージオール、親水性ポリマージアミン及びこれらの組み合 わせからなる群から選ばれる員である親水性ポリマー; 並びに任意に; (c) 連鎖延長剤: の反応混合物から形成され、前記ヒドロゲルが約120 重量%〜約400 重量%の吸 水度を有する方法。 2.前記コーティングがスピンコーティング、浸漬又は吹付けによるものであ る請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記親水性ポリマーが、PEG 600 、PEG 2000、Jeffamine D-230 、Jeffam ine ED-600、Jeffamine ED-900及びJeffamine D-2000からなる群から選ばれるポ リ(エチレン)グリコールである請求項1記載の方法。 4.前記ジイソシアネートが、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,6-ヘキサメチ レンジイソシアネート及び 4,4'-メチレンビス(シクロヘキシルイソシアネート )からなる群から選ばれる員である請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記連鎖延長剤が、アルキレンジオール、アルキレンジアミン、アミノア ルカノール及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる請求項1記載の方法 。 6.前記連鎖延長剤が、ブタンジオール、エチレンジアミン、ヘ キサメチレンジアミン、1,2-ジアミノシクロヘキサン及びイソホロンジアミンか らなる群から選ばれる請求項1記載の方法。 7.前記ジイソシアネートが1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートであり、前 記親水性ポリマーがJeffamine ED-600、Jeffamine D-2000及びPEG 2000からなる 群から選ばれるものであって、約40〜約50モル%の量で存在する請求項1記載の 方法。 8.前記ジイソシアネートが1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートであり、前 記親水性ポリマーがJeffamine ED-600、Jeffamine D-2000及びPEG 2000からなる 群から選ばれるものであって、約40〜約50モル%の量で存在し、前記連鎖延長剤 がブタンジオールであって、約2.5 〜約10モル%の量で存在する請求項1記載の 方法。 9.ヒドロゲルコーティングを有する移植可能なバイオセンサーであって、前 記コーティングが、 (a) 反応混合物中の反応物の約50モル%を構成するジイソシアネート; (b) 親水性ポリマージオール、親水性ポリマージアミン及びこれらの組み合 わせからなる群から選ばれる員である親水性ポリマー; 並びに任意に; (c) 連鎖延長剤; の混合物から調製され、前記コーティングが約 120重量%〜約 400重量%の吸水 度を有するバイオセンサー。 10.前記親水性ポリマーが、PEG 600 、PEG 2000、Jeffamine D-230 、Jeffam ine ED-600、Jeffamine ED-900及びJeffamine D-2000からなる群から選ばれるポ リ(エチレン)グリコールである請求項9記載の移植可能なバイオセンサー。 11.前記ジイソシアネートが、イソホロンジイソシアネート、1,6-ヘキサメチ レンジイソシアネート及び 4,4'-メチレンビス(シク ロヘキシルイソシアネート)からなる群から選ばれる員である請求項9記載の移 植可能なバイオセンサー。 12.前記連鎖延長剤が、アルキレンジオール、アルキレンジアミン、アミノア ルカノール及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選ばれる請求項9記載の移植 可能なバイオセンサー。 13.前記連鎖延長剤が、ブタンジオール、エチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレン ジアミン、1,2-ジアミノシクロヘキサン及びイソホロンジアミンからなる群から 選ばれる請求項9記載の移植可能なバイオセンサー。 14.前記ジイソシアネートが1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートであり、前 記親水性ポリマーがJeffamine ED-600、Jeffamine D-2000及びPEG 2000からなる 群から選ばれるものであって、約40〜約50モル%の量で存在する請求項9記載の 移植可能なバイオセンサー。 15.前記ジイソシアネートが1,6-ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートであり、前 記親水性ポリマーがJeffamine ED-600、Jeffamine D-2000及びPEG 2000からなる 群から選ばれるものであって、約40〜約50モル%の量で存在し、前記連鎖延長剤 がブタンジオールであって、約2.5 〜約10モル%の量で存在する請求項9記載の 移植可能なバイオセンサー。
