Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.検査中にテストされるべきサンプルが沈殿し光学的に検査される、流体中で サスペンドされた粒子の沈降および光学的な検査方法であって、 平面状のベースプレート12が設けられたキュベット10内に要求どおり着色 されたサンプルを入れ、その中で沈降させ、ついで、水平位置に保持されたキュ ベット10を用いて下からサンプルを光学的に検査する工程からなる方法。 2.前記サンプルの沈降が遠心によって達成されてなる請求の範囲第1項記載の 方法。 3.キュベット10上で作用する、ベースプレート12に垂直な加速成分と、該 ベースプレートに平行な成分との比率が10より高い値で維持されてなる請求の 範囲第1項または第2項記載の方法。 4.コンベヤ、 該コンベヤに沿って配列されたキュベット分配デバイス、 該コンベヤに沿ってキュベットを進める移動機構、および サンプル供給装置 からなる請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載の方法を実行するための 装置であって、 前記キュベットが平面状のベースプレートを有するように形成され、 前記コンベヤに沿って遠心分離器40が配列され、 前記コンベヤに沿って該遠心分離器の下流側に、光学 ユニットが配列され、 該光学ユニット50、60が、水平に向けられたベースプレート12によって 前記キュベット10を支持するために水平方向に設けられた対象物プラットフ ォームと、該対象物プラットフォーム59の下に設けられた顕微鏡対物レンズ5 7とを備えてなる ことを特徴とする装置。 5.前記遠心分離器4に、アーム44に取りつけられた自己調心キュベットホル ダー43、44が設けられてなる請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 6.前記遠心分離器40に垂直シャフトが設けられ、前記キュベットホルダー4 3、44が、2自由度の回転を許すジョイント42を介して該垂直シャフトと連 結されてなる請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7.前記遠心分離器40に水平シャフト45が設けられ、前記キュベットホルダ ー43が、該水平シャフト45と平行な軸の周りの回転を許すジョイント46を 介して該水平シャフトと連結されてなる請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 8.前記遠心分離器40に水平シャフト45が設けられ、前記キュベットホルダ ー43が、もっとも低い角位置において前記キュベットホルダー43上に設けら れてなる請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 9.前記光学ユニット50、60の対象物プラットフォーム59と顕微鏡の対物 レンズ57とがシール55によって互いに連結され、該シールが顕微鏡の対物レ ンズ57と対象物プラットフォーム59とのあいだの真 空チャンバ54を閉じ込め、真空ポンプが真空接続パイプ56を介して該真空チ ャンバ54に連結されてなる請求の範囲第4項、第5項、第6項または第7項記 載の装置。 10.請求の範囲第1項、第2項、第3項または第4項記載の装置と共に用いられ るキュベットであって、平面状のベースプレートとサンプルを充填するために機 能する開口とが設けられ、一様な厚さのフレーム15を介してカバープレート1 1が前記ベースプレート12に取り付けられ、前記ベースプレート12がレジリ エントに撓みうるキュベット。 11.サンプルを充填するために前記フレーム15を貫いて通じる開口を備え、該 開口がベースプレート12およびカバープレート11によって閉じ込められた空 間と連通し、該開口を閉鎖するためのプラグが開口に設けられてなる請求の範囲 第9項記載のキュベット。
