Abstract

一种发光二极管照明装置,包括带有发光二极管模组的灯头、灯杆以及将灯头与灯杆安装在一起的安装件,所述安装件包括一与所述灯杆配合的套接部,所述套接部的内壁沿径向向内延伸有若干连接板,所述连接板环绕在灯杆周面上而将灯杆固定。上述套接部的大小可根据灯杆直径的大小并通过改变连接板的长短来实现,也可以在灯杆直径大小不变的情况下,通过改变套接部的大小来适应不同尺寸的灯头。

发光二极管照明装置及其灯具安装件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管照明装置。
背景技术
目前,户外发光二极管照明装置如路灯,一般是通过与灯杆连接来安装固定,常用的安装方式是通过在灯具上设有一套筒,该套筒的内径与灯杆的外径相等,并在套筒侧壁上设置螺孔,在螺孔中设置螺钉将灯具安装到灯杆上。
现有的灯具安装方式在一定程度上实现了灯具与灯杆的固定,但在一些场合采用这种方式时,灯具的尺寸与灯杆直径大小之间彼此存在诸多限制。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种减少灯具与灯杆之间尺寸限制的发光二极管照明装置及其灯具安装件。
一种发光二极管照明装置,包括带有发光二极管模组的灯头、灯杆以及将灯头与灯杆安装在一起的安装件,所述安装件包括一与所述灯杆配合的套接部,所述套接部的内壁沿径向向内延伸有若干连接板,所述连接板环绕在灯杆周面上而将灯杆固定。
一种灯具安装件,用于将灯具安装到灯杆上,其包括一用于与所述灯具结合的灯头安装部及一用于与所述灯杆结合的中空套接部,所述套接部的内壁面沿径向朝内延伸出若干连接板,所述连接板合围形成一供所述灯杆穿置的容置空间。
上述套接部的大小可根据灯杆直径的大小而通过改变连接板的长短来实现,也可以在灯杆直径大小不变的情况下,通过改变套接部的大小来适应不同尺寸的灯头。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
图1至3示出了本发明一实施例中的发光二极管照明装置,在本实施例中,该发光二极管照明装置主要包括一灯具10和与灯具10一端连接的一灯杆20。
上述灯具10在本实施例中呈但不局限于圆柱状,其包括一半圆柱状灯头以及一将灯头安装到灯杆20上的安装件12,该灯头包括与安装件12的一散热模块14和安装在散热模块14内的二发光二极管模组18以及与散热模块14底部配合以覆盖发光二极管模组18的一透光板16。优选地,该安装件12采用导热性良好的材料一体制成,例如采用铝挤成型,并与上述灯头的散热模块14导热连接,以给发光二极管模组18进行辅助散热。
上述安装件12包括一呈圆筒状的套接部120和与套接部120一体连接并呈半圆筒状的一灯头安装部121。上述套接部120内壁向内延伸有若干连接板124。连接板124沿套接部120径向延伸,且连接板124关于套接部120的中轴线对称,连接板124的数量可根据具体需要在不同实施例中选取二以上的数量,在本实施例中,连接板14的数量为四,每两两相邻的连接板214相互垂直。每一连接板124末端与灯杆20的外周面接触。每一连接板124末端向两侧延伸形成有定位板126,以将灯杆20包裹于其内固定。定位板126呈圆弧形,其一侧面的中间部与连接板124末端连接,定位板126的另一侧面呈弧面状并贴在灯杆20的外周面上。所有定位板126组成一套设灯杆20的套筒,套接部120的大小可根据灯杆20直径的大小并通过改变连接板124的长短来实现,也可以在灯杆20直径大小不变的情况下,通过改变套接部120的大小来适应不同尺寸的灯头。套接部120开设有分别与连接板124对应的四螺孔122,每一螺孔122沿套筒16径向贯通套接部120周面及对应的连接板124和定位板126。上述灯头安装部121的低端缘水平向内延伸有二安装板128,二安装板128的一端与套接部12对应的二连接板124一体连接。
上述散热模块14包括一贴在灯头安装部121安装板128底面的基板140、由基板12向上延伸并位于二安装板128之间的若干散热片142、形成于基板12周缘并与灯头安装部121底端缘配合的一框体144和位于框体144一端并与灯头安装部121一端接合的一端盖146。散热片142垂直于基板140及安装板128,并平行于安装件12的中心轴线。
每一发光二极管模组18包括贴在基板142底面并于散热片142平行的长条形电路板182和若干安装在电路板182上的发光二极管元件184。透光板16与散热模块14框体144底部接合,而将发光二极管模组封装在散热模块14内。
请一并参阅图4及图5,安装上述发光二极管照明装置时,灯杆20的一端插入安装件12一端的套接部120内,且灯杆20的外周面与套接部120内的定位板126接触,再将螺杆100用相关工具旋入套接部120的螺孔122内,直到螺杆100的末端从套接部120定位板126表面穿出并抵顶在灯杆120周面上而将灯杆20和灯具10固定在一起。
上述发光二极管照明装置使用时,发光二极管模组18产生的热量通过散热模块14基板140分布到散热片142上来散发出去,同时也通过基板140经由灯头安装部121的安装板128传递到与安装板128一体连接的套接部120的连接板124及定位板126上,再由连接板124及定位板126散发出去,可见,上述发光二极管照明装置的灯具10通过套接部120内的连接板124及定位板126来有效增加灯具10的散热面积,从而提高发光二极管照明装置的散热性能。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光二极管照明装置,包括带有发光二极管模组的灯头、灯杆以及将灯头与灯杆安装在一起的安装件,其特征在于:所述安装件包括一与所述灯杆配合的套接部,所述套接部的内壁沿径向向内延伸有若干连接板,所述连接板环绕在灯杆周面上而将灯杆固定,每一连接板末端连接有与灯杆周面接触的定位板,所述安装件上开设螺孔,所述螺孔由安装件周面贯通对应的连接板和定位板,若干螺杆分别容置在螺孔内且螺杆末端凸出接触面抵顶在灯杆周面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述安装件由导热材料一体成型,并与所述发光二极管模组导热连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述定位板呈圆弧状板体,并由连接板末端向两侧延伸而成,且定位板中间部与连接板末端连接,每相邻的二连接板相互垂直。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述安装件包括一圆筒状套接部和与所述圆筒状套接部一体连接的一半圆筒状灯头安装部,所述连接板位于所述圆筒状套接部内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯头还包括一散热模块,所述发光二极管模组贴在散热模块底面,所述灯头安装部的底端缘向内相向延伸有二安装板,所述散热模块与安装板底面导热连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述安装板与套接部内二对应的连接板一体连接,所述散热模块包括贴在灯头安装部安装板底面的一基板及由基板顶面向上延伸并位于二安装板之间的若干散热片,所述发光二极管模组贴在基板底面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热模块还包括形成于基板周缘并与灯头安装部底端缘配合的一框体和位于框体一端并与安装件灯头安装部一端接合的一端盖。
8.根据权利要求7所述的发光二极管照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯头还包括与所述散热模块的框体底部接合并覆盖发光二极管模组的一透光板,所述散热片垂直于基板及安装板,并平行于安装件的中心轴线。
9.一种灯具安装件,用于将灯具安装到灯杆上,其包括一用于与所述灯具结合的灯头安装部及一用于与所述灯杆结合的中空套接部,其特征在于:所述套接部的内壁面沿径向朝内延伸出若干连接板,所述连接板合围形成一供所述灯杆穿置的容置空间,每一连接板末端连接有环绕在灯杆周面的定位板,所述套接部上开设有螺孔,所述螺孔由安装件周面贯通对应的连接板和定位板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的灯具安装件,其特征在于:所述定位板呈圆弧状板体,并由连接板末端向两侧延伸而成,且定位板中间部与连接板末端连接,每相邻的二连接板相互垂直。
11.根据权利要求9所述的灯具安装件,其特征在于:所述安装件由导热材料一体制成。
