Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記工程を含む、液体を流動床に直接導入する方法: (a)液体を加圧する; (b)該加圧液体を、ノズルの噴霧室の液体入口に供給する; (c)該液体入口の中に置かれた機械的器具を用いて、該液体を予備噴霧する; (d)該噴霧室のガス入口に補助噴霧用ガスを供給する; (e)該予備噴霧した液体を該噴霧室で、該補助噴霧用ガスを用いて噴霧する; そして (f)該噴霧化された液体をスプレーとして、該噴霧室の少なくとも一つの出口 を通して流動床に排出する。 2.エチレンおよび/またはプロピレンの少なくともいくつかを含むガス流を、 重合触媒の存在のもとに反応条件下で、該反応器内の流動床を通って連続的に再 循環させることにより、(a)エチレン、(b)プロピレン、(c)エチレンと プロピレンの混合物、および(d)上記の(a)、(b)または(c)と混合し た1種または2種以上の他のアルファーオレフィンから選ばれたオレフィンモノ マーを流動床反応器内で重合する連続ガス流動床重合方法であって、該反応器か ら取り出された該ガス流の少なくとも一部を液体に凝縮する温度に冷却し、凝縮 した液体の少なくとも一部を該ガス流から分離し、そして分離した該液体の少な くとも一部を流動床に直接、下記の工程により導入する上記の重合方法: (a)該液体を加圧する; (b)該加圧液体を、ノズルの噴霧室の液体入口に供給する; (c)該液体入口の中に置かれた機械的器具を用いて、該液体を予備噴霧する; (d)該噴霧室のガス入口に補助噴霧用ガスを供給する; (e)該予備噴霧した液体を該噴霧室で、該補助噴霧用ガスを用いて噴霧する; そして (f)該噴霧化された液体をスプレーとして、該噴霧室の少なくとも一つの出口 を通して流動床に排出する。 3.上記噴霧室が1ないし4個の出口を有する、請求の範囲1または2に記載の 方法。 4.上記噴霧室が8.5ないし384cm3の範囲の容積を有する、請求の範囲 1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.上記ノズルが1個を越える出口を有し、そして上記噴霧液体用の各出口が該 出口と直線的に配列した別個の噴霧室および機械的器具を有する、請求の範囲1 ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6.上記機械的器具が旋回器具、じゃま板、衝突器具、ファン器具および超音波 器具からなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。 7.上記出口が円穴、長方形スロットまたは楕円スロットを含む、請求の範囲1 ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.上記出口の各々が78.5ないし525.0mm2の範囲の断面積を有する 、先行請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.複数個のノズルが流動床内に配置されている、先行請求の範囲のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 10.上記の噴霧された液体スプレーが、上記反応器に供給されたガス流と上記 流動床の残部との間の温度勾配のある上限よりも上方の該流動床に直接導入され る、請求の範囲2ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.上記補助噴霧用ガスが不活性ガス、組成エチレンおよび再循環ガスからな る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲2ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.上記液体が、流動床材料1立方メートル、1時間当たり0.1ないし4. 9立方メートルの範囲の割合で該流動床に導入される、請求の範囲2ないし11 のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.上記ノズルを通る液体の処理量が10ないし100m3/時の範囲にある 、請求の範囲2ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.上記床に導入された液体:全ガスの重量比が1:100ないし1:1の範 囲にある、請求の範囲2ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.上記床に導入された補助噴霧用ガス対液体の重量比が0.5:1ないし5 :1の範囲にある、請求の範囲2ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.上記噴霧室のガス入口に供給された補助噴霧用ガスの圧力が、上記流動床 の圧力より2ないし6バール高い範囲にある、請求の範囲2ないし15のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 17.上記ノズルの機械的器具上の液体の圧力降下が0.5ないし30バールの 範囲にあり、そして上記噴霧室および上記ノズルの出口の上の補助噴霧用ガスの 圧力降下が1ないし6バールの範囲にある、請求の範囲2ないし16のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 18.上記噴霧室の出口から排出された噴霧液体スプレーが少なくとも50×1 03Kg・s-1・m-2×ms-1の水平運動量流量を有し、該水平運動量流量は、 該噴霧液体が出る出口の単位断面積(平方メートル)当たりの水平方向の液体の 質量流速(Kg/秒)に、該噴霧液体スプレーの速度(m/秒)の水平成分を掛 けたものと定義される、請求の範囲2ないし17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 19.上記噴霧液体スプレーが実質的に水平に上記流動床に向けられる、請求の 範囲2ないし18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.液体を流動床に射出するのに適した、 (a)噴霧室; (b)該噴霧室への液体入口; (c)該噴霧室へのガス入口;および (d)該室からの少なくとも1つの噴霧液体出口 を含むノズルにおいて、該液体入口内に該液体を予備噴霧するための機械的器具 が設けられていることを特徴とするノズル。 21.上記噴霧室が8.5ないし384cm3の範囲の容積を有する、請求の範 囲20に記載のノズル。 22.上記ノズルが1個を越える出口を有し、そして上記噴霧液体用の各出口が 該出口と直線的に配向した別個の噴霧室および機械的器具を有する、請求の範囲 20に記載のノズル。 23.上記機械的器具が旋回器具、じゃま板、衝突器具、ファン器具および超音 波器具からなる群から選ばれる、請求の範囲20ないし22のいずれか1項に記 載のノズル。 24.上記出口が円穴、長方形スロットまたは楕円スロットを含む、請求の範囲 20ないし23のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。 25.上記出口の各々が78.5ないし525.0mm2の範囲の断面積を有す る、請求の範囲20ないし24のいずれか1項に記載のノズル。
