- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リンの活性源、約40μ未満の平均粒度、約1.0g/cm3未満の粒子 密度及び0.12重量%未満のアルカリ含量を有する粒状の水和アルミナ、及び 場合によって加えられる、AlO2及びPO2と四面体配位結合した状態にある酸 化物を形成することができる1種又は2種以上の追加の元素“M”の活性源(1 種又は複数種)を含む反応混合物を、結晶化条件の下で、非ゼオライト系分子篩 の結晶が生成するまで保持する工程を含んで成る分子篩の製造法。 2.“M”がケイ素、マグネシウム、マンガン、亜鉛及びコバルトから選ばれ る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.“M”がケイ素である、請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.分子篩がSAPO−11である、請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法。 5.反応混合物がジ−n−プロピルアミン、ジ−イソプロピルアミン又はそれ らの混合物から選ばれる鋳型剤を更に含んでいる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。 6.反応混合物がSiO2の少なくとも1種の活性源を更に含み、該反応混合 物が、モル比で表して、次の: aR:Al2O3:(0.9-1.2)P2O5:(0.1-4.0)SiO2:bH2O (式中、“R”は有機鋳型剤であり;“a”は“R”の有効量を構成する十分に 大きな値を有し;“b”はアルミナ1モルにつき8〜100モルのH2Oが存在 するような値を有する。) の組成を有する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.反応混合物がSiO2の少なくとも1種の活性源を更に含み、該反応混合 物が、モル比で表して、次の: aR:Al2O3:(0.9-1.2)P2O5:(0.1-4.0)SiO2:bH2O (式中、“R”は有機鋳型剤であり;“a”は“R”の有効量を構成する十分に 大きな値を有し;“b”はアルミナ1モルにつきゼロ(0)〜約8モルのH2O が存在するような値を有する。) の組成を有するものである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8.リンの活性源、約40μ未満の平均粒度、約1.0g/cm3未満の粒子 密度及び約0.01〜約0.12重量%の範囲内のアルカリ含量を有する粒状の 水和アルミナ、及び、場合によって加えられる、AlO2及びPO2と四面体配位 結合した状態にある酸化物を形成することができる1種又は2種以上の追加の元 素“M”の活性源(1種又は複数種)を混合して反応混合物を形成し、そして分 子篩の結晶が形成されるまで該反応混合物を120〜220℃の範囲内の温度に 加熱する工程を含んで成る分子篩の製造法。 9.反応混合物が、酸化物としてのモル比で表して、次の: aR:(MxAlyPz)O2:bH2O (式中、“R”は鋳型であり、“a”は“R”の有効濃度を構成する十分に大き な値を有し、そしてそれはゼロ(0)より大きい値乃至約3の範囲内にあり、“ b”は0〜500の値を有し、“x”、“y”及び“z”はそれぞれ元素“M” 、アルミニウム及びリンのモル分率を表し、ここで“x”はゼロ(0)に等しい か、それより大きな値を有し、そして“y”及び“z”は各々少なくとも0.0 1の値を有する。) の組成を有する、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.“M”がケイ素、マグネシウム、マンガン、亜鉛及びコバルトから選ばれ る、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 11.粒状水和アルミナのナトリウム含量が約0.01〜約0.10重量%の範 囲内にある、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 12.次の: a)リン酸、反応性SiO2源、有機鋳型剤、並びに約2.6より大きいH2O /Al2O3モル比、40μ未満の平均粒度及び0.12重量%未満のナトリウム 含量を有する粒状の水和アルミナを含有する水性反応混合物を調製し、ここで該 反応混合物は、モル比で表して、次の: aR:Al2O3:(0.9-1.2)P2O5:(0.1-4.0)SiO2:bH2O (式中、“R”は有機鋳型剤であり;“a”はRの有効量を構成する十分に大き な値を有し;“b”は酸化アルミニウム1モルにつきゼロ(0)〜100モルの H2Oが存在するような値を有する。) の組成を有するものであり; b)該反応混合物を、非ゼオライト系分子篩の結晶が形成されるまで、120 〜220℃の範囲内の温度に加熱し;そして c)該結晶を回収する 工程を含んで成る、分子篩の製造法。 13.アルカリを約75〜約500ppmの範囲で含有し、そして、無水基準で 、次の: (MxAlyPz)O2 (式中、“x”、“y”及び“z”はそれぞれ元素“M”、アルミニウム及びリ ンのモル分率を表し、ここで“x”はゼロ(0)に等しいか、それより大きい値 を有し、そして“y”及び“z”は各々少なくとも0.01の値を有し、そして また“M”はAlO2及びPO2と四面体配位結合した状態にある酸化物を形成す ることができる元素である。) の単位実験式を有する分子篩にして、約75〜約500ppmのアルカリを含有 している該分子篩。 14.アルカリを約75〜約225ppmの範囲内で含有している、請求の範囲 第13項に記載の分子篩。 15.約0.01〜約0.10重量%の範囲内のアルカリを含むアルミナ源を使 用して製造された、請求の範囲第14項に記載の分子篩。 16.SAPO−11又はSM−3である、請求の範囲第13項に記載の分子篩 。
