Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a laminated steel panel having a rich surface pattern by providing a film laminating device for forming and laminating a film on a running strip panel and a roll printer for printing a desired pattern on the film on the upper surface of the strip panel through a plate cylinder roll. SOLUTION: In the strip steel panel running line of strip panel coating equipment, the substrate treatment to a strip steel panel 16 in a substrate treatment device 4 and the undercoating to the rear surface of the strip steel panel in a precoating device 5 are applied to a strip steel panel 16 and the coated strip steel panel is dried in a preheating device 6.
