Description of the Related Art Luminescent paper is one that stores light energy such as sunlight or electric light and emits light in the absence of light by the paper itself or a special material applied to the surface of the paper. The so-called luminescent agent as a luminescent material for this purpose is conventionally known, but the luminescent agent is a special substance, the particles of which are very coarse and are not dissolved at all in water, a common solvent, etc. Conventionally, it has not been possible to form a sheet-like phosphorescent material by uniformly coating the surface. Silk printing has been attempted using a suitable solvent, but only a thick and brittle layer of luminous agent can be formed, and the luminous agent layer peels off due to bending of paper, etc., and is suitable for use as a raw material. Nothing was obtained. Therefore, the phosphorescent pigment is only used as an actual product, not as a raw material, but is partially adhered. It has also been practiced to knead the luminous agent into, for example, vinyl chloride, and some luminous sheets have been obtained, but since it is practically a vinyl chloride sheet, it can only be adapted for use as a vinyl chloride sheet. .

The present invention provides a phosphorescent paper that can be applied to any use as a phosphorescent paper, just like ordinary paper, without relying on a vinyl chloride sheet, and further provides a method for manufacturing such a phosphorescent paper. The purpose is to provide.

It has a coat layer. The AC coat layer is preferably made of a nitrifying cotton-based coating agent and thinner, the luminous agent layer is preferably made of luminous pigment, urethane tan and thinner, and the anti-curl coat layer is preferably made of rastergen FO and hot water. 3) parts by weight of a nitrified cotton-based coating agent, 3 parts by weight of a transparent (clear) nitrified cotton-based coating agent, thinner 2
It is preferable that the phosphorescent agent comprises 5 parts by weight of a luminous pigment, 5 parts by weight of urethane tank, and 2 parts by weight of a thinner, and the anti-curl coating agent comprises 1 part by weight of a rastergen FO and 50 parts by weight of warm water. The AC coating agent has an adhesion amount of 12 gwet / m 2 , and the luminous agent has an adhesion amount of 80 wet / m2.
m 2 (34 g / m 2 after drying), and the amount of the anti-curl coating agent is preferably about 20 g wet / m 2 . The luminous paper is coated with an AC coating agent on one side of high quality paper, coated twice on the luminous agent with sufficient stirring, further coated with an AC coating agent on the luminous agent layer, and coated on the back of the high quality paper. Made by coating a de-curl coat layer. On the other hand, if the luminous agent layer is too thick, that is, if the amount of adhesion is too large, it tends to peel off, which is not preferable. In order to obtain a certain luminous effect, it is necessary that the luminous agent layer has a certain thickness or more. However, in the present invention, the luminous agent layer is divided into two portions and the luminous agent is sufficiently coated. This makes it possible to obtain a luminous paper having a luminous agent layer having a required thickness and not easily peeling by coating while stirring.

The dried high-quality paper was coated on the AC coat layer with a luminous agent having the following composition using a gravure coater with a 40-mesh (line) mesh roll. Phosphorescent pigment composition Phosphorescent pigment 5 parts by weight Urethane clear 5 parts by weight Thinner (Sakueti: toluol = 5: 5) 2 parts by weight Gravure coater is made to stir the phosphorescent agent sufficiently and coat the phosphorescent agent as uniformly as possible. For this purpose, a roller was used which was in contact with the surface of the mesh roll and rotated together with the mesh roll.

The luminous paper produced in this way is 127.9 g / m 2 of high quality paper 1 with 12 g wet / m 2 of the AC coat layer 2 and 80 g / m 2 of the luminous agent layer 3.
m 2 (34 g / m 2 after drying), and the amount of the anti-curl coat layer 4 was 20 g / m 2 . This phosphorescent paper, unlike phosphorescent papers that have been tried using a phosphorescent agent in the past, does not peel off the phosphorescent layer at all, and as a phosphorescent paper, does not hinder the same use as general paper materials. It was well tolerated.
