Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the length of a translucent panel becomes unfitted for the span for struts on account of erected precision and other conditions of the struts, or the like. SOLUTION: A panel holder 13 having a fitting channel 13a formed by a pair of mutually confronting side plates 15 is fixed to a foundation 2 by anchors. The lower end of the translucent panel 12 corrugated in the lengthwise direction of a road is fitted into the channel and fixed with bolts and nuts. The corrugated translucent panel 12 has a rigidity endurable wind pressure due to the corrugated shape. Hence, it is possible to use a self-supporting structure without struts. Since no strut is used, there is no fear that the length of the translucent panel becomes unfitted due to erected precision and other conditions of struts. When the lower panel holder 13 is removed, as there is no opaque members such as struts, metallic frames, etc., a view is improved.

As described above, the conventional light-transmitting sound insulating wall 1 has a structure in which the light-transmitting panel 6 is attached to the pillars 3 erected at intervals on the concrete foundation 2.
There are various problems as follows. When the translucent sound insulating wall 1 is constructed, the columns 3 are erected on the concrete foundation 2 at predetermined intervals, and then the translucent panels 6 are attached.
Is poor, the length of the light-transmitting panel 6 does not match, and there is a problem that the light-transmitting panel 6 cannot be attached to the support 3. In this case, it is necessary to manufacture a translucent panel 6 having a length that matches the spacing between the columns at the site, and since this manufacturing is performed in a factory, productivity and workability are extremely poor. Since the pillar conditions such as underground buried objects, reinforcing bars, peripheral equipment, and the like are constraints when the pillar 3 is constructed, it is often necessary to change the spacing between the pillars. Also in this case, it is necessary to manufacture the translucent panel 6 having a length suitable for the on-site support interval in accordance with the construction column conditions. Therefore, productivity and workability are poor as described above. The wind pressure acting on the light-transmitting sound insulation wall 1 is mainly received by the light-transmitting panel 6, but the wind pressure load is supported by the columns 3. Therefore, wind pressure loads are concentrated on the roots of the columns 3, and it is necessary to provide a foundation structure that can withstand the concentrated loads. For example, a long anchor bolt is required, and the foundation becomes large. Since the support 3 and the frame 7 of the light-transmitting panel 6 are strength members, a metal material such as iron or aluminum is used. Therefore, the non-transparent support 3 and the frame 7 narrow the light-transmitting surface and deteriorate the view. There is also.

In the above-mentioned light-transmitting sound-insulating wall 11, since the wave-shaped light-transmitting panel 12 has a waveform having a wave pitch in the longitudinal direction of the road, it has a rigidity capable of withstanding a wind pressure load and is free standing without using a column. The structure becomes possible. Since no support is used, unlike the conventional translucent sound insulating wall 1, there is no problem that the length of the corrugated light-transmitting panel 12 is not adapted due to the accuracy of the support of the support or the condition of the support. Since the corrugated translucent panel 12 is fitted and fixed in the fitting groove 13a extending in the road length direction of the panel holding member 13, when the corrugated translucent panel 12 is attached,
There is no problem that the panel holding member 13 cannot be mounted due to the installation accuracy in the road length direction. The panel holding member 1
The mounting hole 15a on the third side may be a long hole that is long in the road length direction. In addition, since the panel holding member 13 is continuous in the road length direction, if there is an obstacle on the concrete foundation 2 side, the position of the anchor bolt 16 can be easily changed. There is no problem that the translucent panel 6 cannot be attached due to the (post-building condition in the conventional example). The wind pressure acting on the light-transmitting sound insulation wall 11 is mainly received by the corrugated light-transmitting panel 12, but the panel holding member 1 for transmitting the wind pressure load to the concrete foundation 2.
3 is not local as in the case of a column, but exists continuously and is fixed at a plurality of points in the road length direction, so that the load is dispersed, and for example, the length of the anchor bolt can be shortened.
A simple foundation is enough. Furthermore, there is no support or frame member,
Except for the panel holding member 13 at the lower end, the upper portion is entirely transparent, so that the view from the road is significantly improved.

The wave shape of the corrugated light-transmitting panel according to the present invention is the same as that of the above-mentioned corrugated light-transmitting panel 12 (FIGS. 3 and 5).
The waveform translucent panel 1 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2A, a sine curve waveform in which the peaks and valleys of the wave are curved may be used. Further, as in the waveform light-transmitting panel 12B shown in FIG. 7, a broken line waveform in which the peaks and valleys of the waves are bent may be used.

Regarding the pitch of the waves of the waveform translucent panel,
It is not limited to the case where all the pitches are constant as in the above-described embodiments, but the wave pitch of the wave pitch is included in the entire length L of one waveform translucent panel 12 as in the waveform translucent panel 12C shown in FIG. The large region L1 and the small wave pitch region L2 may be mixed. In the illustrated example, a region L having a large wave pitch is used.
1 is arranged at the center and regions with small wave pitches are arranged at both ends. However, the reverse is also possible or any other arrangement is possible. When the wave pitch is reduced, there is an advantage that the rigidity of the waveform light-transmitting panel 12C is improved, and when the wave pitch is increased, there is an advantage that the transparency of the waveform light-transmitting panel 12C when viewed from an oblique direction is increased.

The wave-shaped translucent panel 12 is connected to a panel holding member 13.
The means for fixing to the fitting groove 13a is not necessarily limited to the case using the bolt and nut as in the embodiment.
In the illustrated example, the peaks and valleys of the corrugated light-transmitting panel 12 are fixed to the panel holding member 13. However, fixing of some of the peaks or valleys may be omitted. Further, the fixing method is not limited to the fixing method in which only the two plate portions of the peaks or valleys of the corrugated light-transmitting panel 12 and the one side plate 15 are fastened by bolts and nuts (that is, the fixing method of the embodiment). The corrugated translucent panel 12 may be fixed to the panel holding member 13 with a penetrating bolt.

According to the present invention, there is provided a structure in which a lower end portion of a corrugated light-transmitting panel which is corrugated and has rigidity is fitted and fixed in a fitting groove of a panel holding member fixed to an installation base.
Since the structure does not use the columns, the following effects are obtained. The problem that the length of the corrugated translucent panel does not match due to the accuracy of the pillars, and the length of the corrugated translucent panel does not match under the conditions of the pillars such as underground objects, reinforcing bars, and peripheral equipment. Since no wobbling occurs, the workability at the construction site is improved, and the productivity at the factory where the members (corrugated translucent panels) are manufactured is also improved. Wind pressure load acting on the translucent sound insulation wall is transmitted to the foundation through a panel holding member that is continuous in the length direction of the road. Is simple. Unlike the conventional translucent sound insulating wall, there is no opaque support column and metal frame, and all parts except the lower panel holding member are transparent, so that the view is significantly improved.
