2. Description of the Related Art In foundation works, wall works, and the like, metal formwork panels have been used as dams for formwork forming an elevation of skeleton concrete. This metal formwork panel has a keystone plate or rib lath formed by bending a thin metal plate into an angular waveform. After the hardening of the slab concrete, it is left in a buried state without being dismantled or removed (so-called discarded panel). It is.

According to the present invention, the following technical measures have been taken in order to achieve the above object. That is, the present invention relates to a metal formwork panel used as a weir plate of a formwork constituting an upright surface of skeleton concrete, wherein a rib portion extending in the longitudinal direction on the back or front side of the panel has a predetermined widthwise direction. Are provided in parallel at an interval of, and are located substantially at the center between the rib portions, and are parallel to the rib portions and extend in the longitudinal direction.
A large number of bending slits having no cut-and-raised pieces protruding from each other are provided on a straight line at predetermined intervals (claim 1).

When forming a corner portion of a formwork in the field work, first, the first or a plurality of slit rows from the width direction edge of the formwork panel are determined as the formwork corner portion in accordance with the site. Then, when the formwork panel is bent so as to coincide with the corner angle of the site around the slit row, each joint portion of the slit in a straight line is bent, a fold parallel to the rib portion is formed, and the corner portion is formed. Can be obtained easily and accurately.

[0008] Further, according to the condition of the formwork construction site, the formwork panel may be formed by bending a portion of the slit row located at the center in the width direction at a required arbitrary angle to form a formwork corner panel. it can. In the present invention, small ribs are provided on both sides of the slit of the form panel in parallel with the rib portion, and the required strength of the slit row and the form panel in the vicinity thereof is ensured. In addition, when bending around the slit row and forming the corner of the formwork, a bending force acts on the joint portion of the slit on the straight line, and the bending is reliably bent on the straight line of the slit row,
Since the bent portion does not bend, a corner portion having high accuracy and sufficient strength can be obtained (claim 2).

Further, according to the present invention, a plurality of drain holes are provided in the small ribs of the form panel at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, so that the required strength of the form panel is not reduced. Excess water of concrete poured into the formwork, that is, between the formwork panels, is discharged from the drain hole to the outside facing the panel, thereby preventing a decrease in surface strength of the concrete structure. Also, when the formwork panel is bent around the slit row to form a formwork corner, since the drainage hole is located near the formwork corner, the excess water of the poured concrete does not accumulate in the corner. The concrete structure is discharged, and a decrease in strength at the corner portion surface side of the concrete structure is prevented (claim 3).

Then, if necessary, the lid 7 of the overlapped rib portion 3B is pressed and bent to form a hole that penetrates the separator mounting hole 10 of the other rib portion 3A that matches with this, and then, Form panels 1, 1 opposed by a separator 9
Can be linked. Therefore, when forming the formwork corner portion in the on-site work, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the formwork panel 1 is placed on the back side or the front side with a required angle centered on four rows of slits (in this example, 90 degrees). In this case, the dimension from the connection position in the panel width direction to the corner is determined according to the situation at the site, and the number of the four rows of slits from the edge of the form panel 1 is determined as the form corner, The form panel 1 is bent around the four rows of the slits so as to match the corner angle of the site.

When the form panel 1 is bent, the joints a (see FIGS. 5 and 7) of the slits 4 which are aligned in a straight line parallel to the ribs 3 and the small ribs 5 are bent.
And a fold parallel to the small rib 5 is formed.
Can be obtained easily and accurately. At this time, slit 4
The row is located at the center of the small rib 5 as the reinforcing portion, and the bending force acts intensively on each joint portion a of the slit 4, so that the fold does not bend and the fold is formed on a straight line of the four rows of the slit. Is formed.

As shown in FIG. 17, the form panel 1 of the above embodiment can be bent in a substantially arc shape to form a curved surface form, and its curvature is centered on four rows of each slit. Can be arbitrarily selected depending on the bending angle. According to the above-described embodiment, since the interval between the grooves of the ribs 3 is made narrow (16 mm) and the small ribs 5 are provided, the thickness of the panel plate can be reduced, and the strength can be increased to reduce the weight, and the cost can be reduced. Can be lowered. In addition, since both end edges 2 in the width direction of the form panel 1 are bent in a goby shape, the edge strength can be increased, and the workability and safety can be enhanced.

Further, both end rib portions 3 in the width direction of the form panel 1 are formed.
A and 3B are provided with the button holes 11 and the joining buttons 12, so that the connection between adjacent panels can be easily and securely connected, and the separator mounting hole 10 and the C-shaped slit 6 lid piece. The facing panels 1 and 1 can also be connected by the separator 9 by using the mounting holes formed by punching 7.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the projecting direction of the small rib 5 can be set to the front side, and other connecting means is used instead of the button connection. According to the second aspect of the present invention, since small ribs are provided on both sides of the slit and parallel to the rib portion, the panel strength can be increased.
When the panel is bent around the slit row, since the strength on both sides of the slit row is high, the bending force acts intensively on each joint portion of the slit, the fold is formed on a straight line of the slit row, and easily and The corner can be machined with high accuracy.

Further, according to the third aspect of the present invention, since a plurality of drain holes are provided in the small ribs, surplus water of the poured concrete can be smoothly discharged.
In the case where the corner portion is formed, the drainage hole is located at the corner, so that the drainage of the corner portion becomes good and the strength of the structure can be made uniform.
