保持用キャリア、およびワークを保持するキャリアに装
着された樹脂製のワーク保護部のワークに当接する部分
の形状を研磨終了後のワークの端面と同一の形状を有す
る窪み部を設けた形状としたワーク保持用キャリアを用
いて、薄板円盤状ワークの両面および端面を同時に研磨
