【請求項1】
基材(32)と、基材(32)上に付着された皮膜系(30)とを含み、前記皮膜系(30)が基材(32)上に重なる保護層(34)を含み、前記保護層(34)が白金とアルミニウムに加え、原子百分率で、平均して、ハフニウム0.14〜2.8% およびケイ素2.7〜7.0%を含む組成を持つ最上層(72)を含んでおり、ケイ素対ハフニウムの原子比が1.7:1から5.6:1である、物品(20)。
【請求項2】
基材(32)がガスタービン部品の形に成形されている請求項1記載の物品(20)。
【請求項3】
基材(32)がニッケル基超合金である請求項1又は2に記載の物品(20)。
【請求項4】
保護層(34)が原子百分率で白金4〜15%およびアルミニウム30〜60%の組成を持つ請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
【請求項5】
保護層(34)上に重なるセラミック断熱皮膜層(40)を更に含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の物品(20)。
【請求項6】
基材(32)を準備する工程と、白金を含む第1の層(70)を基材(32)の上に付着させる工程と、アルミニウム、ハフニウム、およびケイ素を含む第2の層(72)を前記白金の層の上に付着させる工程と、および白金を含む第1の層(70)およびアルミニウム、ハフニウムおよびケイ素を含む第2の層(72)を加熱して第1の層(70)の中にこれらアルミニウム、ハフニウムおよびケイ素を拡散する工程を含み、前記第2の層(72)が原子百分率で、ハフニウム0.14〜2.8%およびケイ素2.7〜7.0%の平均組成を持ち、ケイ素対ハフニウムの原子比が1.7:1から5.6:1である、物品(20)の製造方法。
【請求項7】
アルミニウム、ハフニウム、およびケイ素を含む第2の層を付着させる工程の後に行われる、第2の層(72)の上に重なるセラミック断熱皮膜層(40)を付着させる追加の工程を含む請求項6記載の方法。
【請求項8】 第2の層(72)が原子百分率で白金4〜15%およびアルミニウム30〜60%の組成を持つ請求項6又は7記載の方法。
