[0005] In the gas grill according to the first aspect of the present invention having the above-described structure, a radiation preventing plate provided between the combustion surface of the burner and the grille blocks radiant heat from the burner. Further, since the exhaust path is formed so that the combustion exhaust gas from the burner fills the inside of the grill storage and overflows the flue, the food is heated and cooked by the heat of the combustion exhaust trapped in the grill storage. Therefore, the food does not ignite because the radiant heat from the burner is blocked and the food is wrapped in the combustion exhaust gas having a low oxygen concentration. On the other hand, the saucer that receives the oil that falls from the food is
It does not ignite because the radiant heat from the burner is not interrupted and overheated. For this reason, it is not necessary to pour water into the saucer, so that it is not necessary to fill the saucer with water every time heating and cooking is performed, and the usability is improved. Moreover, since there is no evaporation of water from the saucer, it is possible to bake the food crispy.
Furthermore, since cooking is wrapped with cooking exhaust and cooked,
Fuel gas consumption can be reduced.

When an ignition operation is performed on the gas grill 1,
The fire starts over the entire grill burner 40 in the grill storage 10 and combustion is started. At this time, most of the radiant heat from the grill burner 40 is blocked by the radiation prevention plate 2 except for a part passing through the hole 2b of the radiation prevention plate 2. Then, the high-temperature combustion exhaust gas passes through a gap between the radiation prevention plate 2 and the inner wall of the grill storage 10,
While gradually passing through the long holes 2a and 2b of the radiation prevention plate 2, it gradually accumulates in the upper portion of the grill storage 10 and overflows into the lower communication port 70, flows into the exhaust chamber 60, and rises in the exhaust chamber 60 by a draft effect. Then, it flows to the exhaust port 50 which is opened at the upper rear part of the body. Simultaneously, fresh air outside is sucked from the gap 11 below the grill storage 10 by the draft effect, and is discharged together with the combustion exhaust from the communication port 71 behind the grill storage 10. The food F placed on the mounting surface of the grill 9 is shielded from the radiant heat of the grill burner 40, and
0 It is wrapped in the convection of high temperature combustion exhaust gas filling the upper part and cooked. The grill burner 40 is a primary air burner 4 that supplies all air required for combustion as primary air.
Since it is 0, good combustion is maintained even if the inside of the grill storage 10 is filled with the combustion exhaust gas.

As described above, in the gas grill of this embodiment, the grill burner 40 is provided at the center of the ceiling surface and the grill 9
Radiant heat is blocked by the radiation prevention plate 2, so that the pan 3
Heating to the roasting oil accumulated at zero is reduced. Further, the combustion exhaust gas in the grill storage 10 convects from above to below, and the convection heat wraps the food F on the grill 9 so that the temperature of the grill oil can be reduced to the ignition point without impairing the cooking performance. It can be reduced to: In addition, fresh air outside is sucked from the gap 11 in front of the grill storage 10 by the draft effect, cools the tray 30, and is discharged together with the combustion exhaust from the rear communication port 16. Therefore, even if the tray 30 is not filled with water, ignition of the food F dropped on the tray 30 by the burning oil is prevented.

Conventionally, the surface of the pan 30 has been subjected to a surface treatment of an enamel. However, since the temperature of the pan 30 is lowered by convection heating, a fluorine coating can be used instead of the enamel. When the fluorine coating is used, dirt does not stick and the tray 30 can be easily cleaned. In other words, even if the boiled-up spilled by the food F or the fallen baked oil is dried on the saucer 30, it can be easily wiped off with a soft cloth or kitchen paper without sticking. Cleaning of the tray 30 performed later can be simplified. Moreover, since it does not break like an enamel, the yield is improved and the productivity is improved.

Further, in the gas grill of this embodiment, since the combustion exhaust gas wraps the food F and bake it uniformly by convection heating instead of radiant heating, cooking of frozen foods such as grilled fish, gratin, pizza, tempura, A wide range of cooking can be performed until the fried food is reheated. Further, by appropriately setting the number and size of the holes 2b of the radiation prevention plate 2, the radiation heat can be uniformly reduced, and a suitable scorch can be uniformly formed. In addition, since the water is not poured into the tray 30, the water does not evaporate from the tray 30 into the grill storage 10, so that the cooked food F is crisply baked, and the baked time is the same as before, and the baked food becomes more delicious. .
