According to the first gas grill of the present invention having the above structure, when the cooked product is placed on the grill and heated by the burner for cooking in the heating chamber, the oil and fat, that is, the baked oil, which comes out from the cooked product, is removed. First, the baking oil induction heat shield plate is used. This baking oil induction heat shield plate is provided with an inclined surface for guiding the baking oil to the pan, so that the baking oil received is guided to the pan. The baking oil that has moved to the saucer is blocked by the baking oil induction heat shield plate that covers the saucer, so that it is not overheated and the temperature does not rise.
It will not catch fire. Therefore, in this gas grill,
Unlike the conventional case, the saucer can be cooked without water, and it is easy to use because it is not necessary to check the water in the saucer and exchange or replenish the water prior to cooking.

Since the second gas grill of the present invention is provided with the burning oil induction heat shield plate having the inclined surface which is inclined downward from the central portion toward the end portion, the grill which has fallen onto the baking oil guide heat shield plate is provided. The oil flows to the end of the baking oil induction heat shield and then falls to the pan. The baking oil that has moved to the saucer spreads over the entire saucer and wraps around to the back of the baking oil induction heat shield that covers the saucer. Therefore, ensure that the baking oil in the center of the baking oil induction heat shield and the back of it is from the burner. Radiation is blocked. As a result, the temperature of the burning oil is prevented from rising due to overheating and does not ignite. Therefore, like the first gas grill, the saucer can be cooked without water, which is convenient.

Like the second gas grill, the third gas grill is equipped with a baking oil induction heat shield plate, so that the baking oil that falls from the cooked product during cooking will not reach the end of the baking oil induction heat shield plate. To the pan and then falls to the saucer. The baking oil induction heat shield plate needs a predetermined gradient in order to guide the baking oil, but the height of the baking oil guide heat shield plate can be suppressed by arranging a plurality of the baking oil induction heat shield plates in parallel.

In the fourth gas grill, in addition to the baking oil induction heat shield plate of the second gas grill, a window through which the outside air passes is further provided in the central portion of the pan, so that the outside air is exposed to the baking oil induction heat shield plate. Touch the back of the to cool. The baking oil drops on the baking oil induction heat shield plate at a high temperature, but since the baking oil induction heat shield plate is cooled well, even if the baking oil is hot, it will be cooled while flowing through the inclined surface. It The temperature of the baking oil that has moved to the pan does not rise due to radiant heat.

Like the third gas grill, the fifth gas grill can suppress the height of the burning oil induction heat shield plate by arranging a plurality of baking oil induction heat shield plates side by side. Moreover, since a plurality of windows through which the outside air passes are provided in the pan corresponding to the baking oil induction heat shield plate, the outside air touches the baking oil induction heat shield plate to cool. Although the high temperature baking oil falls on the baking oil induction heat shield plate, since the baking oil induction heat shield plate is well cooled, the baking oil is also cooled while flowing on the inclined surface.

In the sixth gas grill, the baking oil induction heat shield plate is provided with an inclined surface having a downward slope from the end to the center, so that the baking oil dropped to the baking oil guide heat shield plate is in the center part. And then falls into the saucer through the gap in the center. Moreover, since the inclined surfaces are superposed at the central portion, the radiant heat is surely blocked to the saucer, and the radiant heat does not reach the saucer through the gap. Therefore, the baking oil that has moved to the saucer via the central portion and spread to the entire saucer is not overheated. As a result, it does not catch fire. Further, for example, when the burners are installed on the left and right, the central portion of the burning oil induction heat shield plate is far from the flame of the burner,
The radiant heat to the central part weakens, and the radiant heat received by the burning oil that falls and moves to the central part is also weak.

Since the seventh gas grill is provided with a fan for sucking the air between the baking oil induction heat shield plate and the pan behind the pan in the heating chamber and discharging the air to the outside of the heating chamber, the outside air is guided by the baking oil. Touch the cooling oil in the heat shield plate or pan to cool it. Therefore, even if the high temperature baking oil flows through the inclined surface of the baking oil induction heat shield plate, it is cooled well and does not move to the saucer at a high temperature. Moreover, since the cooling is forcibly performed by the fan, the burning oil induction heat shield plate is not heated more and more even if the burner is heated for a long time.

The ninth gas grill receives the baking oil that falls from the cooked product in the pan in the heating chamber. Since the pan has an inclined surface for guiding the burning oil to the end, the baking oil received is guided to the end. Since the end portion of the saucer is formed outside the heating chamber, the burning oil that has moved to the end portion blocks the radiation from the burner. In other words, the temperature of the burning oil does not rise more and more, so it is prevented from being overheated and ignited. As a result, in this gas grill, it is possible to cook with no water in the saucer even without the baking oil induction heat shield.

Let it fall more. The baking oil 4 drops on the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 and reaches the flow end 3c through the slope 3b. Edge 3
The baking oil 4 that has reached c flows down to the saucer 10 through between the end 3c and the saucer side surface 10b. Thus, the saucer 10
The baking oil 4 that has moved up to the pan 10 spreads over the whole of the pan 10 and wraps around the back of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 as viewed from the burner 13. Combustion heat from the flame 13a of the burner 13,
The radiant heat from the hot plate 14 heated by the flame 13a irradiates the cooked product 12 from above. Therefore, these heats are blocked by the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 that covers the saucer 10 at the lower part of the cooked product 12, and the baking oil 4 that reaches the back part of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 due to the temperature rise. Since overheating is prevented, it does not ignite. Therefore, it is safe. Conventionally, the gas grill has been used by filling the pan with water, but by providing the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3,
Unlike the conventional gas grill 1, the saucer 10 can be cooked without water. Therefore, prior to cooking, it is not necessary to check the water in the saucer 10 and replace or replenish the water.

The second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The gas grill 21 of the second embodiment and the preceding gas grill 1 are different from each other in the fan 5 at the lower rear part of the heating cabinet and the air supply ports of the heating cabinet and the pan. The heating chamber 27 has an air supply port 2 whose bottom is opened.
7a and a fan air supply port 27b having an opening on the rear wall surface. Correspondingly, on the bottom surface of the pan 20 and the rear wall surface, as shown in FIG. 3, the pan air supply port 20b and the cutout 2 are provided.
0c is provided. The fan 5 is provided at the rear of the fan air supply port 27b. The fan air supply port 27b communicates with the fan exhaust port 27c above the rear part of the heating chamber 27 via the fan 5. The fan exhaust port 27c opens to the outside of the gas grill 21. When the fan 5 is driven, the outside air taken in from the air supply port 27a passes from the pan air supply port 20b between the pan 20 and the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 and passes through the notch 20c to the fan exhaust port 27c. Is discharged. Since the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 is thus cooled, the baking oil 4 is well cooled by the cooled baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 while flowing through the slope 3b of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3. . Further, the baking oil 4 that has reached the pan 20 is also cooled by the outside air passing therethrough, so that overheating can be prevented even further. Moreover, since the fan 5 forcibly cools it, the burner 13
Even if the heating is performed for a long time, the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 will not be heated more and more. Since the grilling oil 4 does not ignite, the same as the gas grill 1 described above, it is possible to save the trouble of checking the water in the saucer 10 and exchanging or replenishing the water prior to cooking, and it is safe even when used for a long time. Easy to use.

The third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The gas grill 51 of the third embodiment and the above gas grill 1 are different in the configuration in which an inclined surface having a downward slope is provided from the end portion of the burning oil induction heat shield plate toward the central portion. The baking oil induction heat shield plate 53 has two inclined plates 53a and 53d having a downward slope from the end portion 53c toward the central portion 53b, and legs are provided at four corners. The central portion 53b has mutually inclined plates 53a and 53d.
The tops of the two are overlapped with a gap between them. That is, also in the central portion 53b, the radiant heat from the flame 13a of the burner 13 is blocked by the overlapping tips of the inclined plates 53a and 53d. The baking oil 4 dropped from the cooked product 12 flows through the inclined plates 53 a and 53 d of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 53 and the central portion 53.
Gather in b. The baking oil 4 that has reached the central portion 53b flows down to the saucer 10 through the upper and lower gaps. The baking oil 4 that has moved to the saucer 10 spreads over the entire saucer 10 and wraps around the back of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 when viewed from the burner 13.
Therefore, the combustion heat of the flame 13a of the burner 13 and the radiant heat of the heating plate 14 are blocked by the burning oil induction heat shield plate 53, and the saucer 1
The baking oil 4 of 0 does not overheat and ignite. Further, since the baking oil induction heat shield plate 53 has a space near the end portion 53c and the receiving tray 10, the end portion 53c is exposed to air and cooled. Moreover, the central portion 53b of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 53
Has a greater distance from the flame 13a of the burner 13 than the end portion 53c, the radiant heat to the central portion 53a weakens, and the burning oil 4 that falls to the inclined plates 53a and 53d and moves to the central portion 53b receives it. Since the radiant heat is weak, the cooling effect is even higher. As a result, the burning oil 4 that has fallen is also well cooled and does not move to the pan 10 at a high temperature.

The fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The gas grill 71 of the fourth embodiment and the above gas grill 1 are different in the configuration provided with two baking oil induction heat shields. A baking oil induction heat shield plate left 73a and a baking oil induction heat shield plate right 73b are provided between the tray 10 and the grill 9. The baking oil induction heat shields 73a and 73b are provided on the front side of the heating chamber 7 (opening / closing door 8
When viewed from the side), a top extending frontward and rearward of the central portion is formed and inclined downward to the left and right, and one of the end portions is installed near the side surface of the tray 10. A gap is provided between the end portion and the side surface of the pan 10 for the baking oil 4 to flow down to the pan 10. The baking oil induction heat shields 73a and 73b are
Legs are provided at the front and rear ends and placed on the tray 10. The slope of the roof-shaped slope formed from the top to the end needs to be 10 degrees or more. For example, in this embodiment, it is 12 degrees. The dropped burning oil 4 moves to the surface of the pan 10 behind the burning oil induction heat shields 73a and 73b when viewed from the burner 13, and ignition due to overheating is prevented. Further, the baking oil induction heat shield plate needs a predetermined gradient (10 degrees or more, for example, 12 degrees) in order to guide the baking oil 4, but two baking oil induction heat shield plates are arranged side by side on the tray 4. Therefore, the predetermined gradient (12
It is possible to suppress the height of the baking oil induction heat shield while ensuring the temperature. Therefore, a wide cooking space can be secured. Moreover, unlike the above-mentioned baking oil induction heat shield plate 3, the size of the manufacturing press die can be reduced by halving the size.

The fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The gas grill 91 of the fifth embodiment includes a baking oil induction heat shield plate 93 in which a large number of plates 93a having a gradient from the horizontal direction are arranged in parallel while ensuring a predetermined gap. The baking oil induction heat shield plate 93 includes a frame 93b for fixing both ends of the plate 93a.
And a saucer 1 provided with legs 93c provided at four corners of the frame.
0. In the baking oil induction heat shield plate 93, since a large number of plates 93a having a predetermined gap are cooled by the air convection in the gap, the pan 10 is cooled while cooling the baking oil 4.
Guide to. At the same time, since a large number of plates 93a are arranged in parallel with a gradient from the horizontal direction, the burner 1 in the direction of the tray 10
It blocks the combustion heat of No. 3 and the radiant heat of the heating plate 14 and prevents the overheating of the baking oil 4 spread on the pan 10. As a result, it is possible to prevent the burning oil 4 from catching fire. In addition, even if a large amount of heat is received, the cooling effect is large due to the air passing through the gap and its own heat dissipation (a large heat dissipation area).

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above.
The present invention is not limited to these embodiments at all, and it goes without saying that the present invention can be implemented in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the second embodiment, the saucer 20 has the saucer air supply port 20 at the substantially central portion.
Although b is provided, the opening area of the saucer air supply port 20b may be narrowed to be closer to the opening / closing door 8. Since the outside air is sucked rearward from the saucer air supply port 20b by the fan 5, even if the opening area is small, it can sufficiently pass through the entire lower portion of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 if it is close to the opening / closing door 8. it can. The baking oil induction heat shield plate 3 is well cooled regardless of the opening area of the saucer air supply port 20b. In addition, in the third embodiment, the burning oil induction heat shield plate 53 has inclined plates 53a and 53d having a downward slope from the end portions 53c at both ends toward the central portion 53b.
, And the central portion 53b has inclined plates 53a and 53d.
Although the tip ends of the above are overlapped with a gap between the upper and lower sides, instead of overlapping, a window 63b may be provided in the central portion of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 63 as shown in FIG. And this window 63
Corresponding to b, the receiving plate 60 may also be formed with a top 60b extending in the front and rear of the central portion and inclined downward to the left and right ends 60c. Alternatively, when the radiant heat of the burner is not so strong, the pan may be of a flat bottom type without the need to form the top 60b. Similar to the gas grill 51 of the third embodiment, the baking oil 4 dropped from the cooked product 12 flows through the inclined plate 63a of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 63, collects in the window 63b at the central portion, and flows down to the saucer 60. The baking oil 4 that has dropped onto the saucer 60 has an end 60 of the saucer 60 because the saucer 60 has a top 60b at the center.
It flows to c and moves to the back of the baking oil induction heat shield plate 63 which covers the saucer 60. Therefore, the combustion heat of the flame 13a of the burner 13 and the radiant heat of the heating plate 14 do not reach the burning oil 4 that has moved to the end portion 60c of the tray 60. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the burning oil 4 from being overheated and ignited. Further, there is an advantage that the baking oil induction heat shield plate 63 can be easily manufactured integrally.
Further, in the fourth embodiment, the burning oil induction heat shield plate 73a,
Two 73b are provided, but three or more may be provided. Of course, since it is provided so as to cover the receiving tray 10, it goes without saying that a smaller baking oil induction heat shield plate is provided as the number of trays increases. The height of the baking oil induction heat shield can be further reduced. Alternatively, the two baking oil induction heat shields 73a and 73b may be integrally formed. It may be formed integrally with three or more sheets. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 8, the saucer 80 corresponds to the roof-shaped tops provided in the central portions of these baking oil induction heat shields 73a and 73b, and the saucer as described in the second embodiment is used. The air supply ports 80b and 80c may be provided. In this case, since the outside air passes through the saucer air supply ports 80b and 80c to cool the baking oil induction heat shield plates 73a and 73b, even the baking oil 4 having high heat can be cooled well. In addition, in the fifth embodiment, the baking oil induction heat shield plate 93
Is a configuration in which a large number of plates 93a having a gradient from the horizontal direction are arranged in parallel while ensuring a predetermined gap.
Instead of 3a, a burning oil induction heat shield plate may be used in which a large number of elongated plate pieces are cut and raised at regular intervals. Air is convected from the window of the cut and raised plate piece to cool the plate piece, and at the same time, there is a heat radiation effect, which brings about the same effect. Such a baking oil induction heat shield plate is easy to manufacture in one piece. Further, in each of the embodiments, the baking oil induction heat shield plate is mainly described as a shape having a slope on the left and right when viewed from the direction of the opening / closing door 8, but the invention is not limited to the left and right. That is, a baking oil induction heat shield plate having a gradient in the front and back may be used. Furthermore, it is needless to say that the direction is not limited to right and left or front and back, and may be an oblique direction.

As described above in detail, in the first gas grill of the present invention, when the cooking product is placed on the grill and heated by the burner for cooking, the saucer is not filled with water. Oils and fats emitted from cooked foods, that is, baking oil, do not overheat and ignite. Therefore, it is very easy to use because it can be cooked without water on the saucer. Further, in the third and fifth gas grills, the height of the baking oil induction heat shield plate can be suppressed and the cooking space can be widened. Fourth,
The fifth gas grill has a high cooling effect by cooling the outside air. In the sixth and eighth gas grills, the radiant heat to the center is weakened, and the overheating of the baking oil is small. The seventh gas grill does not overheat even after being burned for a long time due to forced cooling. The ninth gas grill can be implemented as a waterless saucer with a simple structure.
