2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known an underfloor structure which is a living floor of a building such as an apartment building and in which a flooring is floated from a concrete floor and held. As shown in FIG. 14, the floor base structure has a plurality of supporting legs 101 having a vertically adjustable length, which are provided on a lower surface of a receiving plate 100 having a predetermined size, and these receiving plates 100, 100,. .. Are successively provided one by one while raising the horizontal level in order from the corners of the surface, and a discarded plywood 102 is attached to the upper surface of the receiving plates 100, 100. And the said plywood 102,102 ...
The flooring 103, which is a finishing material, is sequentially adhered to the upper surface of the device.

As described above, in the conventional underfloor structure of a building, a plurality of support legs 101 are suspended from the lower surface of the receiving plate 100, and these receiving plates 100 are horizontally arranged in order from the corner of the room. However, there is a problem that the structure is complicated, the construction is extremely troublesome and troublesome, and the construction period is prolonged and the construction cost is increased. In addition, the discarded plywood 102 is usually made of a particle board, is very heavy and is difficult to handle, and requires heavy labor. Further, since the discarded plywood and the flooring 103 are overlapped with each other, a person walks. A squeak was generated every time, which caused the noise. Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is easy to perform on-site, easy and hassle-free, can reduce the construction cost, and furthermore does not generate a squeak sound even when a person walks. It is an object of the present invention to provide a floor base structure.

In the underfloor structure of the building according to the present invention, the joists 1 and 1a, the vibration damping member 8 and the connecting member 21 are each manufactured in advance at a factory in a standard size, and these are transported to a construction site. While adjusting the height of the support leg 2, the joist connecting body 1m, 1
am are arranged in parallel with the upper surface of the concrete floor F and at predetermined intervals, and the vibration damping member 8 or the connecting member 21 is laid so as to be orthogonal to each joist connecting member 1m, 1am and fixed in a lattice form to form a floor foundation. Since it is only necessary to combine the joists 1 and 1a having fixed dimensions and the vibration damping member 8 or the connecting member 21, it is not necessary to take dimensions on site.
In addition, since each of the joists 1 and 1a is configured to be supported by the pair of left and right support legs 2 and 2, it is necessary to provide a so-called joist hook for receiving the ends of the joists 1 and 1a at the wall W. Disappears.

As described above, the floor base structure of a building according to the present invention is constructed by simply assembling a joist alone and a vibration damping material or a connecting member manufactured to a standard size at a factory at a construction site. Since it can be formed, the structure is simple, the construction is easy, no labor is required, and the weight can be reduced, so that it is easy, the construction period can be shortened, and the construction cost can be reduced. Furthermore, since plywood or the like does not need to be discarded and is not overlapped, no squeaking noise is generated and the effect of preventing noise is provided.

1. A simple joist formed by vertically suspending supporting legs having a vertically adjustable length on a lower surface of a square member having a predetermined length and having joint portions at both ends, and the square member along a longitudinal direction of a strip. Is formed by providing a plurality of concave-shaped joist crown attachment portions that can be fitted orthogonally at equal intervals, and is formed by joining the joint portions at both ends of the plurality of joists alone to form a straight line. A joist connecting member is formed, a plurality of the joist connecting members are arranged at predetermined intervals in parallel with the upper surface of the concrete floor, and a plurality of vibration dampers are suspended from above so as to be orthogonal to each joist connecting member. A floor covering structure for a building, wherein a joist crown attachment part is fitted to each joist connecting body and fixed in a lattice shape, and a flooring is laid on an upper surface of the joist connecting body group.

2. A joist single piece which is formed by vertically suspending a supporting leg having a vertically adjustable length on a lower surface of a square piece having a predetermined length provided with joint portions at both ends, and a joist single piece arranged in parallel. A connecting member for connecting and fixing both joists alone, forming a straight joist connecting body by joining the plurality of joists alone at their joints, and connecting the joist connecting body to a concrete floor upper surface. A plurality of connecting members are arranged in parallel with each other at predetermined intervals, and the plurality of connecting members are laid so as to be orthogonal to each other between the joist connecting members, and the respective joist connecting members are fixed in a lattice shape. Flooring structure of a building characterized by laying wooden flooring.
