2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional floor placement method, a floor panel material fixed to a floor support member is arranged without gaps, or a floor panel fixed to a floor support member is arranged at a predetermined gap.
On top of this, a discarded plywood is stretched. Especially in the case of soft finishing materials such as CF sheets and carpets, there is a problem in strength even if they are arranged without gaps. Because of the dents in the area and the strength of the gaps, the plywood had to be thrown away. However, due to the current shortage of labor and rising prices, low-cost dry laying methods and dry laying systems have been considered that require as little effort as possible.

The conventional dry flooring method uses a floor unit 33 in which four to six support legs 32 are attached to the four corners and the center of a square (or rectangular) fixed-sized floor panel 31 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 12, a floor unit 33 is arranged on a concrete slab (floor plate) 11, and a discarded plywood 34 is laid on the floor unit 33. In the above method, when floor units are joined side by side, as shown in FIG. 13, two floor panels 31 are joined to each other and support legs 32 are attached only to the side where the floor panels are not overlapped. In some cases, the side of one floor unit to which the support legs are not attached is placed on the support leg attachment portion of the other floor unit. Also in this case, a discarded plywood is laid on it.

[0004] There is also a construction method in which plywood is used for the floor panel in the same manner as in Fig. 13 and a discarded plywood is not used. However, as shown in Fig. 14, only a joint portion (support leg attachment portion) is formed by stacking two plywood. The other part is a single piece of plywood, and the joint part is also supported by one piece of plywood as a result. For this reason, it is anticipated that a discarded plywood will necessarily be required in order to obtain sufficient strength such as coupling of the floor units 35. In addition, in the case of this construction method, factory processing such as attachment of the frame plate 36 to the floor panel 31 and drilling of holes is necessary, so that costs such as materials and labor are inevitably increased. Therefore, in order to obtain sufficient strength in the dry flooring method as described above, it is necessary to always use discarded plywood, and an increase in cost due to the cost of material for plywood and an increase in cost due to the labor of stretching discarded plywood are inevitable. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described more specifically below with reference to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a support block (support leg) used in the present invention.
The lower portion of the rod-shaped leg (bolt) 2 having a screw is planted on a vibration-isolating pedestal 3 made of rubber or the like, and the upper portion of the leg is formed with a hole 5 of a receiving plate 4 with an adhesive sheet 7 fitted with a nut. And a minus groove 6 is provided on the upper end surface of the leg bolt.
Is operated, the receiving plate 4 can be adjusted up and down freely via the screw. In use, the release sheet (not shown) on the upper surface of the adhesive sheet 7 is peeled off. FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the floor. The floor panel 8 is arranged with a predetermined gap d, and the floor panel 8 is supported by the support block 1. At the site, as shown in FIG. 3, a joist or joist unit 9 is provided along a predetermined height of a room wall or partition 10, and one side of the floor panel 8 is supported thereon. The other edge of the floor panel 8 that is not in contact with the joist is mounted on the support block 1 arranged at a pitch of about 450 mm in a cantilevered state. The support block 1 and the floor panel 8 are mounted via an adhesive sheet or the like adhered to the upper surface of the support plate of the support block.
The hole 5 of the receiving plate 4 of the support block 1 is exposed from the edge of the floor panel 8, and the bar-like leg 2 is turned through this hole to adjust the level of the floor panel (the top surface of the support block). Similarly, adjacent floor panels are mounted on the already installed support blocks with a predetermined gap allowing the level of the floor panels to be adjusted, and other support blocks are similarly arranged and mounted. This process is repeated for each floor panel, and in narrow places where a fixed-size floor panel does not fit, such as corners of a room, after attaching a joist, processing the standard-size plate, adjusting the dimensions, and arranging the support blocks as appropriate And spread the floor panels all over.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, an embedding member 12 having the same thickness as the floor panel and the same size as the gap d is provided in a predetermined gap between the floor panels 8 in a support block below the floor panel. The first receiving plate 4 is fitted as a support and is stopped. When the height of the floor panel is adjusted as shown in FIG. 5 and the tip of the bar-shaped leg 2 protrudes from the receiving plate 4 of the support block 1, a hollow square tubular cap-shaped embedding member, that is, a bolt It is assumed that the cover 13 fills the gap. Thus, the embedding member 12 and the bolt cover 13 are embedded in all the gaps. Also, when laying floor panels, the embedded member 1
2 can be attached first between the floor panels as a gap gauge between the floor panels. In addition, the form of the embedding member 12 is not limited to a solid square as shown in the figure, and any form may be used as long as it has sufficient strength. For example, a hollow square with a U-shaped cross section may be used. Can also. The embedding member 12 and the bolt cover 13 can be made of wood, metal, resin, or the like. In addition, an absorbent 14 made of a material that absorbs the expansion and contraction of the floor panel is attached between the floor panel and the embedding member. The absorbent 14 also has the effect of preventing floor noise, which is a problem with double floors.

FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
A floor panel 19 is used in which the mounting portion of the support block at the edge of the floor panel is cut out by a minimum area in which a height adjusting bolt (rod-like leg 2) can be inserted.
5 and 26 are arranged at a predetermined pitch, and the floor panel 19 is arranged through a very small constant gap which causes no problem such as dents or the like due to expansion and contraction of the floor panel and CF sheets. FIG. 9 shows another embodiment, in which a height adjusting bolt is inserted into an edge (a position shown in FIG. 9) of the floor panel at a position where the support block 1 is attached to the floor panel 20. Using the floor panel 20 having a hole 21 with a minimum area, the support block 1 is mounted at that position, and the next floor panel 20 is placed at a position other than the floor panel 20 mounting portion of the support block receiving plate 4. They are arranged via a very small constant gap. In the case of this method, a floor panel 24 having a tongue 23 applied to a fore edge may be used as shown in FIG. In the above two methods, the notch portions 25, 26 and the holes 21 for adjusting the height of the support block 1 are bolt-shaped covers 2 which are cylindrical (or may be hollow cap-shaped) embedded members.
It shall be filled with 2. This is applied to the entire floor. After filling the gaps and holes in the entire floor in this way, a finishing material such as a CF sheet and a carpet is constructed. In addition, when the finishing material as described above is a construction method that does not use discarded plywood even for CF sheets and carpets, it is preferable to use a special panel having a stronger strength than a commonly used floor panel. .

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. (1) Conventionally, when the finishing material is a thin and soft material such as CF sheet, carpet, etc., it was necessary to always put a discarded plywood on the floor panel, but in the method of the present invention, it is necessary to put a discarded plywood. Disappears. (2) The cost of material for the discarded plywood can be reduced because the finishing material can be applied directly on the floor panel because the discarded plywood is not required. (3) The work of disposing of the plywood can be omitted, and the finishing material can be constructed by simply performing the embedding work, so that the construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be reduced. (4) Especially in a room with a complicated shape, the floor panel has to be cut into the shape of the room according to the shape of the room, and the same work has to be performed when constructing a discarded plywood. However, since there is no need to construct a discarded plywood, the work can be omitted, and in such a case, the shortening of the construction period and the reduction of the construction cost become significant. (5) Since the embedding member is mounted on the already-installed and stable support block, the support for the embedding member can be mounted in an extremely stable state without bothersome mounting. Floors with excellent strength and stability can be constructed. (6) The embedding member can be easily processed, and can be constructed at each site by on-site processing according to the situation. (7) Since the absorbent is attached to the embedding member so as to be interposed between the embedding member and the floor panel, it is possible to prevent the rising and floor noise caused by the expansion of the panel.
